Dell-Air Electircal Services did a complete rewire on my duplex in the city of Orlando Florida. Prior to starting the poject the building electircial wiring and service was in an unsafe condition and in desparate need of upgrading. The master electrician who did all the work was Randy Burns who in my opinion was unequelled with regards to attention to detail and pride of workmanship. I can be a very critical customer and I found that not only was the work perfect, at the end of each work day Randy would clean up after himself dispite the bulding being a construction site - and he always seemed to go the extra mile. Randys Supervisor Jason Holycross was unrelenting in terms of working with the city in getting things done for obvious city errors and oversights, and there were several. Overall, my experience with Dell-Air Electrical Serivices was phenomenally positive and would recommend this company to others in need of its service. In addition, I have scheduled future projects as it has earned my loyalty and continued business.

Casey and Chris called before arriving on time and made some recommendations to 1 of my ideas. They then went right to work and did an excellent job. When Casey found an issue with the previous wiring he explained it and then fixed it. I highly recommend them.

The two electricians were terrific. They installed our exterior new light fixtures and repaired our landscape lighting. They worked the last 1 hour in a severe rain storm and got drenched. Terrible work, bad attitude, overall very unprofessional. Strada electric has gone far, far downhill since they were a part of Del-air. Promises made and not kept, or I had the option to pay extra to do the work they contracted in the first place. I will NEVER use this company again.

I had a breaker that would not reset. Del-Air sent out a technician (Jack) to address the problem. He quickly identified the problem (a short on the wire) and quickly fixed the problem. He made the repair in less then an hour. I would recommend their services to anyone.
