We recently moved to Orlando from Fort Lauderdale, and when we found some electrical problems in our new place, we had no idea who to call. Fortunately, actually more than fortunately, I picked Altech to address our problems. "Shawn" (our electrical technician) was very knowledgeable and solved the problems right away. We then had him install an antique lighting fixture that the wife wanted up. Shawn accompanied me to the hardware store for missing items, and helped in their selection. Instead of using the old wire in the fixture he rewired it, and made sure that everything was to our 100% satisfaction. I felt like the guy in the Honda commercial who wanted the tech to find something else to fix! Shawn is a perfectionist. Wish the guy who originally wired our house had been! Finally, the bill was a lot better than I had expected - I am truly grateful for that. Last but not least I was impressed by how fast Altech answers their telephone when you call. I give this company an A+ and you can be sure that the next time I need an electrician it will be them!

This company is incredible. Found them on Google. With already great reviews we decided to call them. Troy and Juan came out, found the problem and took care of the issue and the cost was more than reasonable. When they say they guarantee their work, you can certainly believe them. We will be referring them to everyone we know. As a Real Estate Broker, I know a lot of people and my husband is in the service industry. He meets new homeowners every day. Very honest and helpful. I previously spoke to another electrical company about switching some 2 prong electrical outlets to 3 prong outlets. It was going to be fairly cheap, but the guy never showed up. I spoke to Bob from Altech who explained to me that what I was trying to do was going to cost me a lot more money than I was willing to spend (to do it right). I guess the other people were trying to scam me, and Bob was very honest with me. Although I ended up not setting an appointment with him, he gave me plenty of advice on how to take care of my problem on my budget. Thanks so much, Bob!

Sean just completed the installation of a new outlet in our garage to lessen the load on our GFI breakers. Altech had the opportunity to run up additional charges for also installing a new GFI breaker, but both Troy, in your office, and Sean felt that the outlet installation would solve the problem without additional unnecessary charges. The work was performed professionally by a very polite and proficient technician and I was very happy with the performed work and reasonable charge. we had an issue with our meter box. a part had broken inside. I called Ferran, had a picture of the part that was broken, they said they would need to replace the whole meter base. $550. I called altech, they told me they had parts and could probably repair it. worst case if they had to replace the meter base it would be $250. they came and replaced the part and it only cost $150. happy.

Incredibly helpful people. I talked to Bob and he answered my questions about getting new power to my property. He wasnt interested in just taking my money either, which is a rare quality with Electricians. I will call him and use Altech for all my future electric needs! Dont hesitate to call them and ask for Bob. I think hes one of the owners.

Did a good job, and he got the work done. Very polite and very professional serviceman. It was the first time my Mom used this company,she has 20 rental units. Her regular guy moved out of the area. The price was 3 times what she is use to paying. She was happy with the work, but just felt like she was way way way overcharged.

Not only is Paul a super nice guy, but hes an excellent electrician.He installed two chandeliers for us on very short notice.It was a complicated install but he did it in no time.
