I will never go back. I had a wedding to go to in another state, so I brought 2 suits, a shirt, and a tie in to be dry cleaned. They dont do any cleaning on site, so the service is truly very slow. The day I was supposed to be able to pick up my clothing, they told me I would need to come back after 5 because one suit and the shirt and tie were not complete. I had a flight at 630, so had to stop by again on the way to the airport to pick up my clothes. They had just come in, so I picked my remaining clothes up and went to the airport. IN LINE AT THE AIRPORT I RECEIVED A CALL STATING THEY GAVE ME A SIMILAR LOOKING TIE BUT HAD IN FACT GIVEN ME SOMEONE ELSES TIE! I informed them that I was about to get on a plane and would need to return after the weekend. I had to purchase a new tie, which was not cheap after my flight landed. Upon returning, I kindly asked for my money back due to the inconvenience and obvious neglect. The woman at the desk informed me that she would have to call a manager (for a $4.08 refund). I said thats fine. Obviously she had hoped I would just forget about it. SHE GOES TO THE REGISTER AND GIVES ME MY MONEY IN 3 QUARTERS, AND THE REMAINDER IN DIMES, NICKELS, AND PENNIES!! Terrible service. You couldnt pay me to return. In addition, I pointed out a few small stains on the shirt prior to dropping it off, signaling that I would like extra attention paid to the shirt. When it came back, it was clear no attempt wasn made to remove the stains. A small note on it said stains might come off if brought back for another cleaning...Wow.

"Same day service" as noted on their window is merely an advertising slogan for this company. I dropped off on Thurs afternoon for a Friday after 5pm pick up. I was asked if Tuesday would be ok. I said no, I needed them on Friday. Guess what happened? NO CLOTHES! Not a biggie except I was flying to NYC Sat AM at 7. Had to spend $200 (plus my time) on new clothes in NY. Returned to Jacksonville on Wed, and was still charged full price. They said "Im sorry, but sometimes the machinery breaks down." I suggested they look into some upgrades. If you have a week or so to have your dry cleaning done, Im sure this is a fine establishment. If, on the other hand, you need same day service....look eleswhere.

If you want crisp laundered shirts this is not the place. Nice staff but not good for laundry. I took shirts in and wanted medium starch, with the shirts folded. The shirts where folded, but no cardboard behind the collar or shirt body so the shirts came out of the bag looking crumbled with wrinkled smooshed down collars. They may have looked more wrinkled coming out than going in. I could get better results with an iron and spray starch. The shirts are so limp it is as if they where dry cleaned no trace of starch. #jaxlocalvibes

Horrible, horrible place. We received a request to return to using this horrible place with an enticement of having 10 pieces dry cleaned at no cost. I was still reluctant since we stopped using them because it was overpriced, slow, and they frequently damaged our clothing. So against my better judgement, we dropped off our clothes to be laundered, pressed, and some dry cleaned. The woman at the counter refused to honor the 10 pieces at no cost when we returned to pick them up. DO NOT use these cleaners!

Horrible service. I dropped off several shirts and a few pants. Upon getting my dry cleaning home, discovered many of the shirt buttons were broken. Took them back for repair and they charged me $1 per button (that THEY broke)! I will NOT be going back!

Thank you so much for always for being reliable and trustworthy. My clothes are always back when they are supposed to be and the girl who works at the store in so helpful and friendly. Very affordable and fast! Great job guys!

Terrible service. Losing my order was the last straw but before that they had not unrolled my clothes and they were super wrinkled and another time found track marks from some machine on one of my shirts.

Recently this place have a very unfriendly and rude sales personal in the evenings. I doubt how the manager runs this facility with such personal. Bad attitude......
