Just had my brand new 50k truck slammed into the vehicle in front of me in the car wash! And all the owner Matt has to say is that he will get me the tag of the car in front of me so I can try to go after him for the damages. Now this happened inside the car was both cars were on tracks. It took them almost two minutes to turn off the tracks in the mean time my car was slammed into the car in front of me at least 4 times tossing me around like a rag doll. When this happened one of the attendants at the car wash told the other car to leave instead of stoping the person and getting an incident report. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My car was damaged while in your tracks you slammed my truck into the car I front of me and then after everything I get threatened by Mat Senecal - owner that if I dont leave he will call the cops and have them cite me for trespassing. Its 2014 these threats do not work especially when you just damaged my vehicle in your business. Will never return here been a customer since day one brought two cars up here the date of the accident and will never come again.

The car wash it self is nice, and does a good job for only $5 for the basic wash, which I feel like does the same job as the $10 wash does, I could not see much difference. They have refused to wash my car 3 of the times that I drove there, saying it was too dirty. As I am here to pay them to wash my car, they refused my money because they did not want to clean it. The service of the workers are not that friendly, and they dont equally prep your car the same way every time you go, some times they felt like prepping and, and other times they did not care. The only reason I come back is because the machine does a good wash for $5, but the service is not that great. I rather pay extra somewhere else where I feel the workers are more pleasant to do business with.

If you need a no thrills or customer service car wash, no worries youll be just fine. If you need any assistance from the manager/owner forget about it. Im sure the young man is a good guy or maybe has something personal going on...but I wont return because of his complete lack of respect for his clients. He came charging out of his office with an agenda and never once introduced himself, thanked me for being a client or ask me what my issue was then questioned why I was upset. He talked over me to the point I never even got to tell him my concerns. Good luck young man. I suggest to you that every single client relationship is important.

I have stopped going to Island Time Car Wash. I was a long time customer. We had two trucks that we washed there weekly. A young man was hired that was always on the phone or listening to music and did not pay attention to what he was doing. He almost caused me to damage our 2014 Chevrolet high country due to his lack of paying attention. I have not been back and cancelled the automatic deductions from my account for both trucks. We always got a good wash but the liability was just to great. We wish you could fix this as we did enjoyed your other staff.

Someone stole my car mat (trunk) in this place! I took it out to clean from my Santa Fe, I left there to dry and disappeared! The "manager" didnt get responsibility for that. And asked me to look into trash can... what? It was a brand new car mat, a original and big one! So, stay away from this place! If you have any situation that you need their help, you are screwed! If you only need the machines, you are good...

I go to Island Time Car Wash every time I visit Jacksonville for work. I drive in from Dallas twice a month and getting the bugs and all that junk cleaned off is very important before meeting clients. They do a great job getting me cleaned up and it feels like they earn my business every time I get my car washed because they remember me and the customer service is excellent. Keep up the great work!

This place is SO NOT worth paying for a single car wash($18), BUT. The monthly subscription (which is less than the price of 2 car washes or $29.99) entitles you to 1 car wash per day and that i feel is TOTALLY worth it! My husband takes my car to school twice a week and runs it thru the carwash and fills up tue gas tank for me then, but if i lived closer Id ride thru daily!

If your car is mostly clean, it will be fine. If its like mine, having more than a month dirt and a lot of bugs in the front and greased windows (because bugs), their "bug removal" service ($ 15) wont do anything. Didnt like, you have to do your own inside cleaning and vacuum. With that, I will take my car to any auto wash service at any gas station for $ 5 bucks better.

As an outside salesman I am on the road constantly and my vehicle gets really dirty really fast. I take my car to Island Time once a week and it comes out looking better than any other express wash in Jax! I am talking about streakless windows and glossy tires! The owner is very helpful and takes pride in the quality of wash he provides. I recommend it to everyone!

Just had my first experience at Island Time Car Wash and it was great! My car was really dirty from holiday travels. Got the $12 wash and it was really quick and my car came out really clean and ready for the New Year! Customer Service was outstanding, they directed me to otheir FREE vacuums which worked great as well! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Please fix the last set of dryers. There is a noticeable difference. One the left is missing and the one on the right does nothing. I have to bring a towel with me to get it as dry as that last set of blowers used to. Good carwash, lots of vacuums, and a friendly staff. Please keep this place as good as it was when it opened.

I drive by about 8 car wash joints on my way to Island Time. As a man who takes pride in his appearance, this is the only spot for me. The owners are good people too. Last time I was there I saw Matt (I think thats his name, one of the owners) helping an old woman across the street. Keep up the good work fellas.

I was hesitant at first, didnt really want to stop by due to the bad reviews I read. Later on in the day I dropped by and the car wash went really well. Friendly staff and a good amount of parking spaces for vacuuming. Nice place, recommended it to a friend and he loved it as well.

Car wash did not wash crap.. It barely even sprinkled water onto the car. The carpet cleaner does not work at all. Some vacuums have low suction. Not coming back again. Going to the carwash $4.99 on Atlantic Blvd.. Even though its farther away by a long run but worth it.
