I will never ever go to this car wash again! I took my brand new car in for its first car wash after a road trip. First I used a bounce sheet to get all the bug guts off, so I was all over the front end of my car - there were no chips of paint missing at that time. After the car wash one on each side of my car above the front tires there was paint chipped off. Of course, after the car wash I was intent on vaccuming and then leaving and didnt notice this until I drove home and went to get a paper towel and windex to clean the back window. At least thats when I saw the one over the driver sides tire. I was furious, but had to run some errands, and really I figured they wouldnt believe me because I had left. Out doing errands my girlfriend notices the one on her side of the car above the tire. Then I go back and the general manager is gone, just a kid there. He says hell take an incident report but then calls the general manager and comes out and tells me to come back tomorrow to talk to the general manager. Of course the next day I go back ( a waste of more gas and time) and get the total run around. How two somethings must have jumped up and hit my car at the same time while driving bs. They have soft cloths wacking your car, so that couldnt have damaged my car. Why bother telling me to come back if youre not going to do the right thing in the first place? Then I google car washes and guess what people, the all use reclaimed water, so depending on how good their filters are, they can be sending high pressurized water at you car with crap in it that will damage your paint.

Didnt give it 5 points because it left some suds that then dried and even my windshield wipers and fluid cant get them off. I had to wipe down my whole van after to dry it off. Left a lot of dry spots. The process was pretty neat. I got the deluxe and they manually scrubbed the front and back of your vehicle to get the windows hood and grill nice and clean before you went though the rest of the process. You put your vehicle in neutral and it does the rest. Lots of colors very fun and then you have unlimited vacuum after (although they ask you keep it to 15 mins though not enforced) I would recommend however come prepared to do some after the fact work too.

A great drive through car wash with lots of options to choose from, including windshield protection, special rinses, car waxes, and more! Every tier is reasonably priced, starting at $5 and working up to $18 for the most inclusive tier. After your wash, you can pull into one of their multiple free self-vacuuming stations. The air is always on, and suction nozzles are located on both sides of the car. They also have a floor mat cleaner available for use, which is also free.

Fantastic car wash, excellent customer service, fun wash for small children and the most user friendly vacuum bays that Ive ever seen. Drove out of my way to go to this car wash after being extremely dissatisfied with the car wash Ive always used on the way home. Well worth the extra few minute drive out of my way. The vacuum were super powerful and the positioning of them made it a breeze to clean the back of my SUV. We will be back next week.

The pre wash that the attendant does with the brush on your car is terrible! I could hear the hard plastic brush head sloppily slapping against my $40k coupe. Came out with a nice new scratch on the front passenger side bumper. A piece of the blue wash tentacles was wedged in between my side mirror. If you own a middle of the road car that you dont really care about then this is your place. Dont bring any new or higher end cars here!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by how well the $15 option washed my car. There are 4 or 5 options from $4-$15, all come with a free unlimited time vacuum. Highly recommend this place. Also, a fun experience for kids because there are many colorful lights and soaps while driving through!

I ran my 2012 infinity through car wash and both bottom side of my front Bumber got scratched. Talked to day check manager and he offered free car wash bouchers. To repair damaged Bumber is costing me $300.00 dollars. Do not reccoment this car wash to anybody.

Great vacuums, fun drive thru with lights and colorful soaps, kisd will love it, minimal wash that includes vacuuming (yourself) $4 but you can add on waxes, tire shines etc. The vacuums are designed to reach around to the back of an SUV

I was going through Jacksonville the other day and visited this car wash. My car was pretty dirty from traveling and stopped in. Super fast and did a great job. Wish there was one in my town. Ill use it every time Im in Jacksonville!

Consistent, free vacuums, and fairly cheap! I love to get in and out quick and this is a great place for that. However, they used to have these really cool floor mat cleaners and they recently took them out. That was unfortunate.

Ive gone twice now, and both times my Prius isnt fully rinsed. I pull away with suds still all over backend of my car. I must remember to bring a rag to wipe down the car so the suds dont bake in leaving spots.

Its a cool car wash has colored lights as you go through at times. Washes cars better than gas station ones do and has lots of options for car wash as well as free use of vacuums. This is a great car wash.

I Will never attend this facility again. Staff rude after I complained to Mgmt. Car half washed and the beginning washers are lazy and disrespectful. Reported to Corp office in Tallahassee no reply

I recommend nothing over the 10 dollar wash. The only difference is more bubbles the personal states. Check top see if the vacuums are clogged before use. It doesnt always happen but it does.
