Terrible experience I drive all the way from across town to patronize because I actually liked the way they wash my car I go there often and thought they were decent. But then I went got a wash the job was decent but my gun was stolen from under my seat, now they have all these signs up stating theyre not responsible and blah blah blah and Im not saying its right to steal but if its petty change or a couple dollars or cds maybe but my gun a deadly weapon and thats registered to me. I cant just let that ride and then when I called the owner would not get on the phone to atleast speak with me and make me feel like my business was appreciated hell look into it hell ask his employees, hell watch the tape nothing of that sort he just brushed me off like what I was saying wasnt important left the cashier to deal with me and basically told her to tell me there was nothing he can do TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN. Then I send the police up there and they watch the tape and what do u know they actually see the guy on the tape stealing my gun smh owner still hasnt reached out to me. Wont EVER patronize here again!!!!!

If youre an attractive woman and dont flirt back they take it out on your car. Born and raised in the heights. My dad actually took me here on a regular as a child. Years later the quality has unfortunately gone downhill. Theres about 4 to 5 men who do a good job. I catch them on Tuesdays. Other than that they are horny inappropriate men. After I spoke up its never been the same. There were two girls there in booty shorts they were so focused on looking at butts and oooing and ahing and on keeping them entertained they completely neglected my car. Back seat had my stuff scattered everywhere. Mats were still muddy. And nothing was swept out. For $17.00 Its ridiculous. Then they will shine my rims when I get the deluxe on the side Im standing on then not do the other side. They never put the tire shine on if I pay for it. Good riddance. After 20+ years in the area Ill either wash my car myself or take it elsewhere. No thanks.

They no longer offer you your choice of air freshener when you give your car up, they told me it was at the end. While waiting at the end, Im standing there listening to some of them that are on break or something cussing and swearing like crazy... OK so big deal I guess? Then one of the guys confronts me a bit firmly saying I should tip the guys, and he specifically pointed at one of the other guys... So I akwardly fumble for a couple bills.. but I ask him about the air freshener (which I paid for) and he says its under the seat.. Anyways I told him about the annoying swearing.. (Im not talking about one or two F Bombs here!) I went home. No air freshener. Just glad I didnt have my kids with me today.

Horrible establishment and management sucks. This place needs to be shut down. I witness one car coming off the wash rack and ran right into the back of another car. When the person car who got hit from the back brung this matter to the owners attention he told the customer he was lying and dismissed him. If that was my car I wouldve been just as pissed as the customer was. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and if your looking for a quality wash that cleans the inside and out I would recommend going to "Waterway" on Chagrin Blvd.

The outside job was pretty nice thanks to the the actual machines that wash the car. My seats still needed vacuumed and the straw paper was left in my cup tray. I seen all the signs stating to take ALL personal belongings so that gave me a feeling that hmmm this must be a shady place. So I took all of my singles out of my car. Looking at the reviews Im glad that I even grabbed my Lipglosses that I bought from Clinique. If the employees steals petty change what else will they steal? (Phew I would have flipped if my glosses were gone)

4/23/2017 - I just left this car wash - worst place ever!! one of the ex-cons drying my back window broke my rear window wiper arm, when I mention it to the owner/manager he told me to read the signs they are not responsible for any damage to my car. when I ask for my money back he said, " no way!!" then he ask me how old was my car and said thats the reason why it broke. mind you when I drove in there my rear window wiper arm was NOT just hanging loosely. I will never go to this place again!

After myself and several friends have had stuff stolen(from our cars) by the dealers at this "car wash" and speaking to "management" about it. The response from management was so rude like "SCREW YOU" rude. My conclusion - Car Wash is a front for drug dealing and drug moving also money laundering. Hiding in plain sight right down the street from police station. Think about how easy it would be to move drugs with different people getting in and out of cars all day.

Just got my car washed on the morning of 2-20-16. Got the highest wash package and the service was very piss poor. Interior was half cleaned and didnt even bother to clean the back seat. Im not sure if being busy had anything to do with it, but if Im paying almost $30 to wash my car then my interior BETTER be cleaned. I am very upset with the service. Ive been coming to this location for years but after today I will not be returning as a customer.

Spent $95 for an interior car detail... definitely not worth the money. Air vents still covered in dust, bottom of car doors still had mud, had not removed stickers as I asked, found 2 dead bugs. When I got in my car the next day the windows were foggy and streaked and the inside smelled musty. Took 1 1/2 hours longer than they told me initially. Did a nice job cleaning upholstery but will not be back.

Its one thing I will not tolerate and thats thieves!! I will never go there again, I dont care if signs are up stating there not responsible for anything missing from the car. That still dont give your employees the rights to steal from people. Your running a business and expect people to come back for good service and trust. You people have alot of nerve!!! Greed will get you no where!!!

On several occasions I have brought my car to this place and to have so many people servicing your car at a time they did a pretty bad job. Inadequate vacuuming obvious areas where it was not vacuumed at all. They did not take out my car seat I had to specifically request the seat be taken out. And I called to complain the woman on the phone didnt seem to car much. Waste of money. Im done!

Horrible. I made a mistake of putting the car into park and these horrible people at this car wash swore at me and told me that I was stupid in front of my 3-year-old daughter. This was demeaning and dispicable. Do not go here if you respect your dignity. Besides, the car wash was $20 and didnt do any better a job than an automatic center that I can get for $7.
