DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today was my first and surely last time ever going to this car wash. When my car came out, one entire side was covered in water spots. I politely asked the gentlemen working out front if they could wipe my windows down again, which they gladly did. However, these water spots would not come off. After trying for about 30 seconds, the one gentlemen asked me if I wanted him to get the owner. I hesitantly said yes, please. The owner came over and was immediately defensive with me and talked down to me. I was very calm and polite, which is not usually the case for me when Im not happy with something, yet he proceeded to argue with me and interrupt me and tell me that my car was like that when I got there. I had never seen a single water spot on that side of the car prior to taking it to this wash. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was spoken to. There was NO reason to be treated like this. Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this place. The workers there were nothing but nice but the owner needs an attitude check immediately. This is no way to run a business. So now not only am I out the almost $20 I paid for this wash, but I will now have to pay a professional to get these water spots off of my new car as I could not even get them off myself. They were never there before! This is the first and last time I let someone other than myself wash my car. I am BEYOND irate. Shame on you. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the beginning, I was hesitant to schedule a car detail with Supersonic for my car after all the bad reviews I read. I decided to take a chance because Rick sounded legit on the phone and promised to do a great job. I was not satisfied with the service I received. They charged me $261 for a complete detail. Prior to giving them my car to detail, my car was pretty cleaned from the inside. I already vacuumed it and cleaned it myself a week before but there were only some random stains on the seats, the mats and the carpet that I was not able to remove myself using the regular cleaning products. So there were not much to do anyways. Here is what happened: 1) The stains were NOT removed 100% they are still visible. 2) The mats were not cleaned AT ALL. 3) Stained around the corner from the interior were NOT cleaned. 3) Some corners on the exterior had some yellow stains. Not that they did not pay attention to details (even though the service is called DETAILING. They also left some noticeable stains and did not even bother to clean the mats. Not going back there again for sure and will copy this review everywhere possible to warn everyone.

Very dissatisfied in the quality of this car wash nowadays. It use to be the best one in North east Ohio . The new family owner got very defensive when I had a small complaint. I payed for a car wash and buff&shine thats almost $30.00 nowadays. After the car dryer blew a part off my BMW and I had to walk the car wash to retrieved a part from my hood. I talk to the owner and all he wanted to do is argue with me and tell me it was my fault that something broke. The Service is not like it used to be the inside windows did not get wiped down still had the squirts marks on the windows running down the window didnt wipe the tires down or the Rims just saying the quality is not like it used to be back in the late 70s and 80s do not waste your money on this car wash. No one needs to be treated the way I was it was nice doing business with them but not anymore!

Would not recommend to anyone. After requesting that brushes (which were extremely dirty) to not be used on my car, they were. I had to run out and yell at the attendants to stop using them because I had requested so. The owner proceeded to talk down to me when I complained. When complaining, I was told that they cannot scratch cars and the owner stated he ran his through all the time and it didnt scratch. He directed me to his vehicle which I later saw when I picked mine up from the buff and shine, which was covered in scratches. They dont deserve one star, my business, or anyones business with such poor customer service. Also, my new car didnt deserve to be scratched to death.

Absolutley the worst car wash I have ever been to. Apon arival i asked the guy preping the cars to spray the wheel wells, when my truck came out on the drying end the inner wheel wells were still covered in mud. I politley asked one of the workers if they could rewash my truck, was told to speak to mangager and no one was sent out to follow up with me, the CUSTOMER. They take no pride in there work at all and dont care if you are satisfied. I advise everybody to stay away from this place. Seems to me they have no idea how to run a business.

Good luck scheduling an appointment. The guy told me I could only bring my car in at 8:00 am. Didnt matter if it was 3 months in advance....It had to be 8 am. Didnt matter what day...it had to be 8 am. But you said it only takes 2 hours to detail. Doesnt matter...has to be 8 am. He basically didnt want to take my appointment because he was busy. Wont be going there.

First time here on 8/2. Great place for sure and very fast! Made my truck look like new again at a great price. I was expecting more to be charged so I made up the difference in a tip. Great to he in Ohio where compared to West Palm Beach its over $100 for the same service. Thanks guys, you now have a customer for as long as Im in the Falls!

I had been a long-time customer until they scratched my brand new car and refused to take responsibility for it. They treated me horribly when I brought it to their attention. I will never be back. I highly recommend that you dont go to this car wash - or if you do - take photos of your vehicle prior to getting it washed so you have proof.

This is by far the best car wash that I have ever been to. I have traveled from coast to coast and nobody can come close the service that Sengpiels Supersonic Car Wash has. The buff and shine will leave a nice, lasting wax on your vehicle for weeks on end. They are truly the BEST!

Some days are better than others but they always do a very good job inside and out. I like the speed of their buff and shine which seems to be almost as good as hand waxing with better shine overall. I go weekly.

The owner is probably the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Damaged our car and then got upset with my wife to the point that the police were called by us. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!
