This company did an amazing job on my Envoy! 2 kids and 2 English Mastiffs can do a job on ANY vehicle, but Dereks staff took care of everything! Seeing is believing! When they say a COMPLETE vehicle detail, they mean COMPLETE -- and with NO HIDDEN COSTS!! They even picked up my vehicle and then came and picked me up when it was finished. Customer service was superb from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable and the waiting area was exceptionally well maintained. A big THANK YOU!!

Had an 8am appointment for full interior detailing ($85) this morning. Got there at 7:50am and there was nobody there. Called their number at 8, only to receive their voicemail. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 8:10am. Finally left at 8:20am, furious after wasting my time. There website clearly shows they open at 8am on Saturdays. Funny thing is, I made the appointment with the manager this past Monday. Very unprofessional. They have lost a loyal customer and very generous tipper.

I love this place and the owner is terrific. Once in a while I find that my windows are not as clean and streak free as they could be, but as long as their is a good crew there they do a great job. Often, the owner is right out there working and checking to make sure everything is clean and well polished. The wairing room is spotless too and you are treated as a guest. I have been going here for at least 10 years and have n ever found another hand carwash that does such a great job. Thank you.
