I usually have no issue with this car wash - the staff is usually friendly. Today, however I brought my newly purchased car in (purchased less than a week ago, so I am still getting familiar with the car) and as I was about to begin the car wash I remembered I had automatic windshield wipers (which I didnt have in my old car), I told the guy and he reached in and did something very quickly. I wasnt sure if he cut the automatic wipers off or not so I told him that I wasnt sure if the wipers were still on automatic and he very rudely and rushingly told me to take my foot off the brake and put my car in neutral. However, I still wasnt sure if the automatic wipers were off and to prevent damage to the car I asked the guy how to be sure the automatic wipers were off. He stopped the carwash belt from continuing (meaning all the cars in the carwash were stopped as well). He then sprayed windshield wiper cleaner on the windshield and literally yelled they are off and kept spraying and yelling take your foot off the brake and put your car in neutral. This all transpired in under 1 minute (literally less than 1 minute so other customers werent stopped for very long at all). I was uncomfortable, I wasnt trying to be difficult I just was unsure - I would have hoped the guy would have had compassion and been more understanding rather than yelling at me as if I were a child. Im very disappointed.

This is my favorite car wash to go to, thankfully they are pretty close by. I HATE taking my car through a "touch" car wash but this one is simply the best. Its not too aggressive but still gets the car very clean. I get the ultimate package and it leaves an amazing shine on the car that gets complimented all the time. The staff is very friendly that greats and thanks me every time I come through. Also the drying and finishing section does an excellent job. The tire shine looks great as well

This place is great! They have the old spinning brush cleaners (and the hanging drape/mop style) that actually clean the dirt off your car, unlike those fancy new touchless places that dont really do anything. Even the $8 Express option takes you thru 3 wash "steps", plus a rinse and dry. The cherry on top, though, is the drying rollers after the blow dry. Highly recommend this car wash.

Great car wash. There are vacuums for free and many of them. You can just go there and use only the vacuum, no obligation to wash your car and that is great. In regards to the car wash, there are 2 options: full wash $15 and the cheaper option is $9. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely go there, the service is great and the area is very nice.

best car wash on the east side. FREE DIY VAC!! Incredibly friendly and efficient service. Waterway? Meh. Too slow and too much $. Diamond Shine rocks. Its not a close race. Enjoy your clean car!!

I love the free vacuum. It can get crowded so go during off peak hours. Vacuumed only available when car wash is open. The actual wash is not top quality and prices are a bit high.

Free vacuuming outside of the washing area, which is awesome. Prices are a little high, but it does a decent job for an automatic car wash. Would recommend.

Going thru the wash it seems more abrasive than touch less... The one located 200 street is more touch sensitive and cleans my rims more thoroughly
