NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! Have gone here for years and never a problem till I went through at 7:00 on a Friday. There was only one one person drying and I thought he went over our car pretty fast but chalked it up to just being a quick worker, HOWEVER, when I got out of my car on the other side of town I saw there were spots everywhere. There were big water spots on the roofline, the entire back, grill, everywhere, so I had to wipe down my entire car with a damp towel to remove all the water spots. Called right before closing, no answer, called first thing Saturday morning and no answer, in between rain showers I called several times over the next three days. Wednesday was nice so I drove there and spoke to the guy with the dark hair and beard that I have seen there for years and told him my story and that I had been trying to reach them, to my surprise I was told the reason for not answering was because they no longer had a phone there and even though it had rained on and off for three days why was I just now coming back. After trying to explain that since it had been raining, and no one answering the phone, I thought they were closed. That is when he asked me "so I guess you just want a free car wash now after almost a week?" REALLY? I politely told him that was OK I did not want to put him out and I will just take my business elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall, if you are do not care about your cars overall appearance and simply want to have the salt or mud washed off of your car, this is the place. For a value car wash you get what you pay for. Reading some of the other reviews, I dont expect someone who is outside in the dead of winter to dry my car with a smile on their face. I thank them for braving the cold to wipe down the majority of the water left on my car. Im planning on opening a business next door called Wheels n Spots. As soon as you leave Quality Scrub, simply drive next door where service will include finish drying your vehicle and take the time to wipe down your wheels (which were never touched by water or soap). For an added fee we will offer removing residual water from your sports mirrors and soap spots that will appear over the entire body of your car within minutes of leaving.

Worst experience ever. A 5$ wash cost me an extra 91.18. Their wash broke the air stem off my tire. Prior to pulling out the wash my car was wiped off i gave a tip and not one employee competing the wash informed me that my tire was on the ground. Had to drive down a busy main street to the gas station for air where i found out the air stem was broken off. Then i had to drive again on a busy main street to a tire shop to purchase a new tire and the sensor that allowes the air to go into the tire. I took the receipt back to Quality Srub where they informed me that they wouldnt reimburse me for the tire because the air caps werent factory. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone and i will be contacting the BBB in Akron.

I come here usually once or twice a month. (Depending on weather). Overall experience is fine. Its not a full hand car wash. Dont expect it to look like its a brand new car. It looks fine overall. -Issue- I have already complained to them about the tire shine deal. Just stick to the $8.00 wash. The $10.00 wash offers a tire shine. (As you see in photos); I just had car washed. They never ever polish the tires thoroughly. They cover the central circumference of the tire. When you drive off, it spreads outwards. After complaining; problem still wasnt resolved. Tipping doesnt even peak their ambition to do a good job. Hope the owner sees this. As I will only purchase $8.00 wash from now on. Waste of $2.00 if you ask me.

This is where the corporate headquaters is located but when you call to report an incident, they dont want to hear it. Their service is below average and I wouldnt send my dog there to get a flea bath. The manager Shane is an egotistical buttonhole that think Im below him, but when my lawyer is done with Quality Scrub, hell be picking up cans for additional income.

Took my truck through the wash for their most expensive watch they have available not a good experience have scratches all over my truck will need to be wet sanded and buffed now thanks to this careless Car Wash also the tire shine they applied looked like it was a kindergarten art project what a terrible experience I will never return nor refer them to anybody else

Pulled in at 4:45 to get my car wash when they heard my car run over the bell that dings when a car pulled in the lot,they scurried to shut the gate called no answer, checked the website, says theyre open until eight will never go back again theres too many carwashes to be conducting business like that

I am new to the area and I have tried to find a reasonable car wash place that dies a great job. This is the place! I love the buy one get one free option on Wednesdays. I have always got great service and there are free vacuums to use when done with the wash.

Worst car wash I have ever had. Paid $20.00 for wash and tires. Car is still dirty and tires are 1/3 clean. They do not vacuum your car. Service is rude and lazy and then they are mad when not tipped.

Got the quick $5 car wash... well $6 after tip. It was what one should expect of a $5 car wash... Still, it got the salt off of my car, and my car looks pretty clean. Average service, quick, and cheap!

I am here and they just turned off the vacuums when I only had one floor mat left to do. I paid for the most expensive car wash too. Needless to say I wont be back or recommend them to anyone else.

The dryer always does a great job and tha carwash alone is pretty dope, they are constantly getting new technology and soaps that stand up.to their words...great place

I went there Sunday Aug. 7.......they damaged my vehicle and they still havent called me to see what happened....this place is awful.

The wash was good enough. Could have been better job. But buy the wash and the vacuums are free and unlimited. That does it for me.

I agree with first review, no inside cleaning and the car is still wet when you leave and do they do the tires yeah right!
