I use this wash on a regular basis (for +5 years) as it is on my way to work. In all that time Ive only experienced issues on two occasions; both times I contacted the owner and left a voice message. He returned my calls and took care of my concerns. In fact the second issue just happened this past week and it was due to someone removing the service cone that he had placed in the lane the night before, obviously to indicate the lane required maintenance. When I arrived in the morning there was no cone so I proceeded to use the lane. I paid for a Supreme wash and noticed the wash cycle missed a couple of steps. I called and left a detailed message and I received a call back from the owner a day later. He explained what had happened and then sent me a wash card for a free Supreme wash. My experiences have been based on facts. The owner has been responsive and has communicated with me very well. I work for a local relatively small business and I will continue to use this wash and support a local small business owner, especially one that provides a valued service and who treats honest customers with professional courtesy and respect. We come here often, but on most occasions there are issues with the credit card machine. It wont read the cards and you have to try swiping over and over until it finally takes, you use cash (if you have it) or you just have to leave. It happens at least 1 out of every 3 visits. Its very frustrating especially when its super busy and youve been waiting in line. Hopefully the credit card reader gets updated.

I was disappointed to find the pricing different from what is listed on their website. For instance, online they have their deluxe listed at $10, but at the entrance it was listed and charged $11. Other than that it appears to be a decent car wash place and did a good job cleaning.

Terrible!! The laser system on this car was is clearly faulty. It needs calibrated! The brushes barely touched my car and therefore, my car left just as dirty as it entered. On top of this, the prices are different than what is advertised. The wash sucks and so does the pricing.

Decent fast automatic touch free carwash. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because, a supreme wash with rainX is a bit pricey compared to some other automated laser washes in surrounding cities.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! The laser system clearly does not work because one of the nozzles scuffed my hood and left a gouge in the paint. He refused to do anything about it.

In the way of car washes, it does an adequate job. In the way of throwing your hard earned money into the wind, it is a toss up as to which is a better more fun.
