STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!!! How do I start off? First if I could, I would give this zero stars. I have been coming to this car wash for over a year since I moved to the area and they have always done a reasonable job. Nothing like the quality of other car washes I have been to, however reasonable 3 star quality. However today I was watching as they pulled my car into the car wash and watched the person driving it hit the guide railing very hard gouging my rims. I was only watching because I have a Tesla and if you dont know how to put it in neutral to go through the car wash, it can be tricky. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff and then the manager. The manager and I looked at this together and I showed him the gouged out material which was still left on the rim and then he walked off without even saying a word. He walked into his office and never came back to talk to me again. If it wasnt for one of the ladies who did the detail getting him to come talk to me again it was obvious he wasnt going to. His reply was there was a rim repair store down the street and I should take it there. When I asked him how he was going to handle the cost his reply was "I dont think Im going to pay for that." When I asked him why he would not pay for damage I watched his employee do, his response was "well there is a small scratch on the back tire too." There was no scratch on either of my rims prior. I probably only noticed the front when he hit it and didnt see him hit the back at the same time because I was already focused on the front. I told him that he would lose my business if he was going to treat me like this. His response was "I dont care." If you look at other reviews on yelp for this car wash, you will see this place has a pattern of not taking care of customers when they damage their vehicles. I only wish I had looked at yelp sooner.

Every time I get my car washed here they do a great job especially compared to a lot of the other car washes here in Jacksonville. They dry the car immediately as soon as it comes out, clean the inside of the windows, and they dust and wipe down your interior and cup holders. I was surprised when I read some of the bad reviews on here because Ive been coming here since 2004 and never had a bad experience. I think some folks pay $13.00 for a basic wash and then expect a full detail done to their car...and so they are disappointed after. If I didnt live in Ponte Vedra, I would definitely come here instead.

Always does a good job, the full service wash isnt like a complete detail but for 30.00 what would you expect. Reading some of the other reviews kinda make you wonder. They get the vehicle clean door jams , windows, inside wiped down ( not armeraled just wiped very quickly) about as good as it gets for full service wash anywhere i have been, Jean does a very good job doing full service with carpet cleaning

Have used this car wash for 29 years through three vehicles. I have them change the oil and do the most basic wash every three months. Not perfect but then I only want the trucks cleaned up from working in the woods. Outside always looks great and interior floor and seats vacuumed and surfaces wiped down with damp cloth. Cup holders and cubbies are wiped out but not spotless. I have no complaints.

First and last time. I thought they cleaned the car,since thats what I paid for... however I had to turn back around because there were some stains that needed just a basic scrub. What got me was that they were looking at me like I was wrong for coming back because they didnt do their job and no apology given. Guess since theyve been there so long customer service isnt a priority.

Beware for oil change - they changed oil and neglected to put everything back. Oil drained out and parts fell off from undercarriage (dipstick guide). It is now going to cost a heck of a lot to repair the engine damage. Do yourself a favor and go to a chain that knows what they are doing and will stand behind their work.

I have used this place for oil changes over the last two years and have never had a problem. I get the oil change along with the full car wash and its always done in a timely manner. ~sounds like the other commenter had more problems with his car than an oil change.

DO NOT under any circumstances leave your car in the hands of these people. I took my car to get an oil change here and later that day my car just turned off out of no where! I got charge 35 bucks for them to F-up my car! DO yourself a favor and go to chain.

Ghetto staff, paid $30 for "the works" didnt even get basic bird poo cleaned off. Cup holders still dirty, didnt vacuum trunk. Total fail. Save your money and go to a professional detailer or just drive your car into the river, itll get cleaner.

BEWARE This is the worst place. There management is rude and there detailing sucks and if anyone goes there with a dirty car comes back out with a dirty car dont see how they stay in business very unsatisfied customer BEWARE ..........

Avoid this car wash. It is terrible and owner doesnt want to hear any complaints. Your car will leave worse off. Extra charge for everything.

Had to use toilet and they said both women and mens were out of order. How do they use it?? Other than that, its a good car wash...
