BEWARE! After going through the car wash I decided to vacuum the inside. While vacuuming, we noticed the running board was loose. As we attempted to reattach, it falls off. (So thankful I didnt drive down San Jose at 45 mph!!) The lady was very nice and very new. Another gentlemen had me fill out incident paperwork. I received a call ONE WEEK later and was told because my vehicle had over 100,000 miles and over 8-10 years old they dont recommend using their car wash. (And this info is supposedly posted.) I drive a car that it will probably last for 300,000 miles. Guess Im not their target market or anyone else who has a used vehicle within this criteria. I was also told my running board needed to be so many inches off ground and after reviewing the video, they cant access whether or not my car exceeds the limit. After telling me a story about a man who drove a Corvette through after being warned of height restrictions which resulted in damage, I inquired at the reason I wasnt warned. Crickets...(Maybe its because I drive an older vehicle.) I explained that the age or price tag of any vehicle does not equal personal value. The gentlemen who contacted me was a member of management. He offered no apology and only gave a ten-minute explanation of their policies. No $5 wash is worth the time and money of now having to find and purchase the replacement parts. Ask a neighbor kid, who probably needs the money, to wash it for you. Dealing with a teenager will yield less hassle.

We went to the car wash and one day when i went to go wash my car and the rag roller came down it broke my back light and the manager was arguing about how it was glued and this and that and they only wanted to give us 2 months free and it didnt even cover the price of the piece because its a $150 piece plus what the mehcanic was going to charge me and he said he was going to put my report in their system and they said if they didnt call in three days they werent going to be responsible and its been three days and they have not called back and i have been calling them and their phone doesnt work. They also broke my back windsheild wipper but i didnt file that report because i was in a hurry. I dont reccomend this establishment to anyone also they had a huge binder of complaints and when i saw that i knew they werent going to do anything.

Right now Im on the road in Virginia with the family for two weeks and really missing Car Bux! It seems no other city has a car wash that can compete. After 1,000 miles, our Suburban is looking so dirty... other car washes either dont really get it clean or they want $9 just for an exterior-only wash. No, a $4 wash is not the same as a professional detailing. But, for keeping your car clean week-to-week, Car Bux cant be beat. LOVE the unlimited vacuum. I hate rushing, feeling like the timer is going to run out right before I get the back seats done. My only regret is that there arent more of these around Jacksonville. Guys, one on CR 210 would go gangbusters!!

Ive had multiple cars damaged in their wash. Unfortunately its hard to place liability on them. Read their terms and conditions. Learned my lesson, no more lazy automatic washes for me. One time a floor mat stuck in a mat cleaning machine. Took me 30 minutes to get someone to come over with a key and get it out of the machine. It bent up the floor mat too. Another time, some punk was wrapping up the vacuums, and decided to lecture me on abusing their equipment. I didnt even touch their vacuum.

Its a carwash like any other. The day we went was credit cards only. Im not sure if thats something they do all of the time. I found this place by doing a Google search for "touchless car wash.". Be warned that it is NOT touchless and we didnt find that out until wed already paid. The actual washing station is around a curve from where you pay so we didnt notice that it used brushes until it was too late. We wont be going back but thats not because of the service or a bad experience.

Zips is a decent touch free car wash with a couple of important setbacks. First, the touch menu when ordering which wash tier you would like to purchase does not indicate the difference between washes. I still dont know what the deluxe includes that the basic does not offer. Second, my car is always still a little wet when exiting the wash no matter what. The pros are that they offer free unlimited vacuums and mat cleaners at the end and you can towel dry your car at that point.

I was really impressed with how well the drive through car wash cleaned my car. Just got back from the smokey mountains and my car was covered in dirt. The guy running the car wash, named Bernard, was extremely nice too! He informed me of the floor mat cleaner, and also made me feel safer (as the vacuuming area is rather dark). I really appreciate how helpful and friendly he was. My car will definitely be back after my next road trip.

Decent, self service, drive through car wash. The car wash itself is pretty good, and there are brushes for any nooks and crannies you know dont normally get hit. Id suggest bringing a chamois. Unfortunately the vacuums have very little power, and its so hot in Fl. its probably worth the extra $8 to drive a mile down the road to Bubbles and get a full service wash...

After a weekend of parking in muddy little league parking lots, our car was covered in mud...especially in the wheel wells. The San Jose location is next to a pizza place. We called in our order, then went through the wash...and vacuum. Came out spotless, and was so fast we still had to wait on the pizza! Highly recommended. Your car isnt too dirty, trust me.

Loved this place when it was carbucks, now it sucks. More expensive, for less service. Monthly deals are worse than before, and now the make you put this red sticker right in the middle top of you windshield instead of having a card you could swipe. Wont be going back, oh and I guess the new company dont believe in mowing the grass either.

DONT GO HERE Car wash left lots of soap all over my car. When I asked for a re-rinse, the "mgr" said no b/c I didnt pay enough. Wouldnt refund money either. A real jerk. I only used the $4 wash to get the wildfire ash off the paint. It at least should have rinsed off the soap. Quality at this joints been going down for months now.

For $10 and under 3 minutes your car will look like someone just detail it. Ever since I bought my car in 2003, I have been using CarBux carwash whenever my car gets dirty. Six years later my car still looks like it just left the dealer showroom. Highly recommend them to those who wants their car clean and shiny all the time.

I was disappointed. We had an account until December of 2016. We recently purchased a new car and I went today to renew our account. They no longer offer air freshners or dash wipes. The vending machines have been removed. And the tire shine was not working. Im paying the same price monthly as before for less services.
