Worst experience ever. I purchased the monthly membership. Their computers were down so I had to sign up manually on the 23rd of December. I was billed and got a wash. Upon leaving I started to grab a towel to dry the car since it wasnt dried very well, and then I got yelled at by a very rude woman that the towels are an extra $3 charge. I explained that I had misunderstood, I had never been there before and that I was sorry. She continued to lecture me and talk down to me like I was a common thief that she caught red handed. It turns out this rude woman was the owner. I shouldve cancelled right then and never come back. The next time I came back, even though I had a membership sticker, their system declined my car. When I asked for assistance, the woman who was there (who turns out to be the owners daughter) said there was no record of my credit card in their system at all. This was particularly worrisome since they had already billed me. She took my card, said that she fixed the error and would start my billing cycle on the 2nd of the month. I had to leave, come back later and get my car wash while she sorted out my account. The owners daughter was nice and understanding, but unfortunately didnt resolve my issues. I was still billed on the 25th of January, despite her assurances. I shouldve cancelled right then and never come back. I gave them a third chance. Bad move. On February 12, their payment kiosk declined my car, stating "Expired tag". Actually, my wife was driving it at the time. My credit card expiration date had changed and I forgot to tell the car wash. However I had just been billed on January 25th and my membership should have stayed active until the 25th of February. This is where it gets really bad. I walked in to talk to an employee. The same exceptionally rude and grumpy owner came out. I explained that they had just billed me on January 25th and that I should be able to get a car wash. She pulled up my account in her system and showed me that their system had been declining my card since December and that my membership was on hold. I told her that the system had just billed me on January 25th and that my membership should not be expired. She said that her system showed that I had only been billed in December. She agreed that if I had been billed on January 25th, my membership should not be expired. She went into another office on another computer system and did in fact verify (and print out a paper that said) they had billed me on January 25th. I told her that my membership should therefore be active. She said that it WAS active and there were no problems. This baffled me because she had just literally showed me on a different computer that her system was declining me and that my membership was expired. When I explained my confusion at the sudden change in her story she said that I was "talking in circles", "jumping around" and being "intentionally confusing." I was visibly frustrated by the fact that she had just completely lied to my face. I asked her why the kiosk said my membership was expired when my wife tried to get a wash last week, the owner said, seething, "maybe your wife didnt pull up to the kiosk correctly." So I asked her if my car would work right now and she said yes. I pulled up and it told me my membership was expired. The owner came out, very upset with me, and said that I had pulled up to the kiosk wrong. She told me to back up and pull up closer in a very belittling fashion. I pulled up closer and it told me that my membership was expired again. The owner got really frustrated, yelled "Wait" at me, and stormed back into the building. She came out a few minutes later and the kiosk magically worked. Then she said, "I fixed it because the expiration date was wrong. I did you a favor. Youre welcome." It was the most egregiously dispicable form of customer service I have ever received in my life. She never apologized and never admitted any kind fault. To top it all off, she covered up her incompetencies with lies. *Note: this is my first ever Google review

I went to Finish Line and tried to use the vacuums. There were towels next to the free vacuums so I thought they were for customers. There were no signs posted otherwise. But minutes later some lady came out yelling at me that, "Those are not for customers!" Maybe you should put a sign up stating that....so people would know. Next time I went I got yelled at again this time for, "using the employee vacuums....the customer vacuums are on the side of the building!" Again....maybe a sign stating this would help. Lastly...I got a better overall car wash at Getgo....

They had a grand re-opening in May to introduce new equipment and specials. (No one ever says "super cool Prius" but I still maintain it looked as cool as possible after the "Daytona" wash — though I always need the towel dry because of the Priuss weird hatchback.) The owners and/or their family members are actually on-site most of the time, and are really helpful if you have questions. Definitely passionate about what they do. (They also offer free vacuums to customers before or after the wash, which was a nice touch.)

I was approached by a nice lady who was helpful. She didnt try to sell me on anything and when I told her I wash my car often, she explained the place offered a monthly fee with unlimited car washes. She recommended I run through the car wash on a single time since it was my first time there to "just confirm I like it" and Ive been going back since. The Indy monthly package is unbeatable with unlimited washes because it has the undercarriage spray and will keep the salt off my baby here in the winter months!

Waste of money! I went to Finish Line this morning in an attempt to give them a second chance. I spent $21 on their top of the line car wash and was told at the end that they do not clean the inside of your car before 9:00 am (it was 8:50 am). The outside of my car wasnt very clean or completely dry. Not to mention, their employee was rude. In the future, I will drive the extra mile to Waterway where I have always received exceptional service and drive away with a clean car. I will not be returning.

Was so pleased with the service here until I found out Paul was fired after 30 years of commitment. Whenever I needed anything Paul was always the first person to come and help and was NICE about everything. The lady who works there has always been a real b*tch. Now I definitely will never return here, same with my entire family who lives in Solon who also all went there. SO SO sad that you had to let such a great employee go. Shame on you. Waterways it is! EVEVERYONE COME FOLLOW!!

Have gone here for years and it has continually downhill. The wash is not worth the cost, the workers are not pleasant and really do not care. Have spoken with the owner and nothing has changed over time. You are better to go elsewhere. Waterway on 43 is pricey but you get a great wash and great service. Aurora has a $6 drive thru which is a good value, even the wash on 43 in Solon is better. Maybe if enough people boycott them they will get the hint....but probably not!
