I am very dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. My car is practically new and does not take much maintainance. On my initial visit, the attendant did not vacuum between the seats which was one of the main reasons that I wanted the interior cleaned. There was lint all over the inside and outside of my vehicle and I was told that was a result of new towels. This is not a good excuse. The manager suggested that I request microfiber towels - - - which is quite ridiculous to me. If you know this is an issue, you should invest in different towels or use.microfiber on all vehicles. During my second trip, I requested microfiber and there was less lint outside but lint on the inside of the windows. On my third trip, I requested microifiber (inside and outside) and was told that microfiber was only used after wax jobs. Is it acceptable to have lint all over your car after a car wash? Well, the attendant suggested that I wipe my car down after the wash... REALLY? Update: The Corporate office is very responsive and is refunding my membership. I would love to support this business again, if they could resolve the issue with the towels and empathy less management. Emily at this location is very responsive and supportive.

Wash is okay depending on the day and the staff. it depends on what you expect from a wash. Do you want your door jams cleaned? Do you want your tailgate jams / sills wiped clean ... things that when you pay for a wash should be done but are overlooked cause the kids washing it are in a hurry. Do you want the Armor All applied on the black plastic areas? Depending on the day of the week, time of the day you can get a good wash - be sure to look over your vehicle and dont just accept it.The management staff is pretty good, the inside staff is pretty good - the big issue is that I have had things stolen from my car on multiple occasions. Im a long time top level member, in a nice car and these kids are stealing from my car. Check out the police reports in the cities and just watch your stuff -

I used to love this place until they just randomly started to decide to randomly and without warning, charge an extra $2 on crossovers. They consider those to be large vehicles all of a sudden. Would had been nice it would had been charged before I had pulled in and went in to pay. Managers excuse was that I was getting away without being charged for it before. After a year of going here regularly, wont be any more. Plus, they failed to clean the inside of the windows.

Obviously the person that made the bad review has NOT been to other car washes. Waterway does at Excellent job and they care, the cost is very fair for the quality of service provided. I recently moved from Florida and the car washes in that state are Terrible and they cost a small fortune. One would think with the fair weather you would get a good car wash but not true. I missed Waterway and am very glad to be back for a Clean Car Experience.

Waterway is a full-service car wash that exceeds my expectations! They get my car clean but yet dont take forever and a day to get it done. I was most impressed by their "Whole Thing" wash that literally cleaned my whole car inside and outside. It even came with a 5 day guarantee which is good for another Whole Thing wash. I got 2 complete full-service washes for $30 because of the guarantee, a deal that cant be beat!

Beware of the scam to get you to buy a service option without telling you the price. On my last visit the attendant asked me if I wanted my car wiped down. Thinking it was part of the full service I asked for I said Ok only to find out it was an option. My bill was $39.50. An expensive car wash to say the least. In addition to that scam they didnt even do a good job. It is my last visit to this place

Ive been a Circle member pretty much since theyve been open. The number of times Ive had issues leaves me with fingers left over on one hand--none of them trauma inducing and quickly remedied with smiles. I have a four year old car that looks as if its fresh off the showroom floor--inside and out and the $.10 off per gallon of gas is another plus. Im heading over right now....

The beauty of this place is in the membership - if you are going to just get an occasional car wash its fine, but you are far better served signing up for a membership. You can join the "Clean Car Club" and get unlimited car washes at this location. If you do so - and actually make sure to stop by - its totally worth it and is a great deal.

Great job. I am the owner of small detail shop and I can say this place is not bad. I never go through car washes but wanted to give this a shot for fun. Just wish my wheels where a little cleaner for $20. Didnt want to spend that much more for wheels but over all good job and didnt scratch car

I actually disagree hunter! Waterway is a wonderful place with excellent and highly trained individuals that Clean my car well. Their SCs are very kind and are honest with your wash options. I will live and die for the wash!!

I paid 37.00 for the works and they did a horrible job had to go back to have them finish and they still didnt get it clean and it a new truck and will never go back

Horrible, they used to be really good. Recently it looks like they need new towels with all the lint they leave on everything.
