My son had been at this facility for almost 6 months. Overall the daycare is OK at best. There are a few teachers that are awesome but there are teachers who just dont seem to care too much... There has been quite a bit of turnover here, director and assistant fired. Several good teachers quit and newer teachers have been hired with no prior experience with children. I am not a fan of the constant rotating teachers; kids need consistency (especially in this age group/1-2 yr olds). Not to mention that I have picked my child up numerous times with a nasty face; dried on boogers, etc.... The tables in the classroom have dried on food from multiple days meals. The toys need to be recycled and updated. There have also been a few occasions of very poor or no communication about my requests for my child. The owner wants parents to drop off and go; she does not like for parents to spend time with kid and teacher at this time. I am a very involved parent and feel it is my right to know exactly who, what, and how my child is being taken care of at any/all times. After all this is one of the more expensive child care facilities. I feel that as a parent paying $1000 monthly for care I should have the right to stay in class with my child as long as I see necessary! I pulled my child from this facility as the best teachers were quitting and being fired left and right… One of the said teachers was told by the owner/director that she was "too nice to the parents" and "tried too hard to please the parents". Yet the marketing/education corrdinator who refused to call a parent upon the classroom teachers request was allowed to lie to parent and subsequently remains employed and held in high regard??? This I know to be true as the owner/director was left no choice but to apologize for the lies... My son is now in a much better place that focuses more on education (doesn’t have as much time for kids to just wander around aimlessly) and I couldn’t be happier about my decision to pull my child from here! Please be careful about making your childcare choice.

My son was here for VPK and summer camp the summer before he starts kindergarten. He really loved the facility. The teachers were very sweet, and really made an effort to get to know my husband and Is names which I found really nice. When my son was having issues with having accidents, Nicky was super helpful and patient. She let me some up with a plan and helped me implement it at his school, which made all the difference. Only problem I have ever had was communication to me could have been better. Sometimes my son would have a negative color on his chart at the end of the day and when I would ask his teacher and they wouldnt know why, because it isnt always the same teacher in the class all day long. Sometimes my son would come home in different clothes and when I would ask why, there wasnt always a clear answer. Also, there is an app for the center that barely works. I rarely get updates on my son - they are random and few and far between. (I might get a picture one day, and then a week later I get random info about what he ate for lunch, with nothing between). Also, there is no way to pay online. Overall, we had a pretty good experience. I would recommend to friends and family.

I was in CO reserving a slot for my son in the VPK program. I paid the registration fee of $125 in advance. When I arrived at my new job and saw I would not be able to meet the 6 pm deadline I had to withdraw him from TLE. I called 3 weeks in advance to cancel his slot and explained I could not pick him up before 6pm because of traffic. I asked for a refund of my $125 since they had enough time to find another child to fill my slot and explained the situation. I also explained I did not see anywhere that my fee of $125 is non refundable. Lane sent emails she sent prior to me coming to JAX but she explained its in fine print on rate sheet. I was like well you sent that to me a week after I paid. Anyways I contacted the corporate trying to get my refund. This place is overly crowded and the staff is rude. I dont recommend anyone coming to this place. Best part Im in the USAF and I will make sure my unit is informed of highway robbery this franchise like to run. The place did not appear loving or friendly place just overly crowed. Those prior reviews must have been staff workers lying.

We have been at this TLE center for 7 years and OVERALL it has been a wonderful experience! The office staff and teachers have been caring and helpful, my husband and I are constantly amazed at what our boys come home and tell us - spanish, sign language, learning centers, geography, etc. Youd never expect such little ones to do such sophisticated learning in a day care center! I realize that there have been some reviews that address issues that have arisen at the center but I challenge you to find a daycare that doesnt have them! I been a teacher for 15 years and even schools have the same staffing issues. People change jobs, some people are not a good fit, positions are switched - its always a growth process. The owner of this facility has put her everything into getting TLE back to its original glory and my husband and I are 100% overly satisfied with the results! We are SO glad we stayed! I would highly recommend TLE, otherwise I would have my children in a different center :)

My daughter has been attending TLE since she was 3 months old and she is now in the Twaddlers classroom. There was a time when we considered moving her due to cost of care, however, we are so glad that we chose to stay! Yes, the cost is a little more than other care facilities, but the level of interaction and care given is unprecedented. We love her current teachers, Ms. Julie and Ms. Andrea and felt that they have really contributed to her growth and speech development. My daughter is excited every time she is dropped off and has grown very accustomed to the curriculum and routine which is both diverse and well-integrated. As a teacher, I have summers off. I appreciate that the owner is willing to work with my summer schedule to accommodate my needs during that time (not all care facilities are as flexible!) Overall, we are very happy with our experience at the facility and would highly recommend TLE to anyone considering a child care option.

used to be good in the beginning when the center was managed by the staff but got different when managed by the owner itself. our child would be looked by 5 different teacher each day and the child would not know which teacher to go for each day to cut costs, each teacher would come in and go out at different times and it was becoming difficult for parents to follow each teacher schedule and give instructions teacher wouldnt share the info given to the teacher at the drop off were not following the medical instructions and several times i had to remind them they would ask to put it into writing one time and ask to tell teacher in person and other time would ask the child itself to tell the teacher but they would not follow the medical instructions was not happy after a while and had to pull our children from the center the child was happy overall but it was the parents who had to deal with the change and was frustrating each day
