DO NOT PUT YOUR INNOCENT CHILD IN THIS FACILITY MOMS & DADS!! This has got to be the most RACIST school I have ever come across. My daughter is of African american descent and i feel that we were given such horrible treatment because of our race. My daughter would come home with rashes on her bottom because they were not cleaning her properly, her clothes were always being given away by (mistake or on purpose): and when addressed, I was disrespected and called a Liar by the DIRECTOR & staff. We were never made welcome and they were not friendly at all. I felt timid walking in because no one ever spoke to me and when they did you could tell it was forced and they really didnt want to. It is also extremely overpriced I spent 300.00 just to enroll her just to turn around and spend 170.00 a week for a 2 year old! I had no problem spending that kind of money because I am a parent who believes in you get what you pay for and if you want quality you must spend money but I was paying all this money to be disrespected, horrible child care and discriminated against! I dont know about the other parents but if you are African american or any type of ethnicity other then white FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE ! My child now attends A bright Beginning on bay meadows road its not a big price difference almost the same just a little cheaper but I love it and they treat everyone equally it is also very mixed with all races! :)

My children have been attending Chappell Learning Center for over 6 months now and I am very happy with the care that my children are receiving. My 4yo has been learning by leaps and bounds over the last few months. When I enrolled her I was concerned that she might need to be held back a year before starting kindergarten but my concerns are now gone. They have caught her up to her peers in just a few months time and everyday she comes home so excited to share what she has learned. Both of my children love their teachers. The facility is clean and safe, the staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the food they give them is nutritious and appealing. One of my favorite parts is how diverse both the students and the faculty are. No place is perfect and there have been a couple of minor bumps in the road but nothing that would affect my giving this facility a 5 star rating.

Nice people. But, our son is ALWAYS sick. We are currently researching other day cares. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. I dont know whats happening there. But, when we go on vacation, our son is well. We bring him back he gets sick. Hes had pin worms, a parasite and mulitple colds all since starting there 6 months ago. Its to the point where I average between 3-4 days per week Im actually able to go to work. Unacceptable on a lot of levels. Of course, my sons health is the priority. So, were going elsewhere.

My son has only been going here for two weeks now, but I think I will really like this location. The rooms are very spacious each with multiple teachers. Teachers seem very flexible to my sons needs and are always very friendly. Perhaps the school is under new management since the last reviews were posted because so far I am happy.

They are very overpriced and the director is not very informative. Beware, she likes to hide in the back when parents come and pay attention to your daycare charges. The teachers are also lazy and they also overlook biting and fighting children especially if the child is a relative. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The previous review has to be a joke. This daycare is the worst. Dont go here. Dont believe me, put your child here for 2 weeks and we will be begging to leave.
