My grandaughter loved her teachers and I felt the curriculum was very good. For some reason management never felt it was necessary to informed parents when the school would not be opening; you would find this out when you were attempting to drop your child off at the daycare. When the furnance went out, management again neglected to informed the parents but continously allowed the children to come in as if all were ok and had them bunched up in the front where there was some heat. But my biggest concern was the unprofessionalism of the owner/director, Victoria Smith, when faced with a minor issue brought to her attention by myself and my daughter, she blew it up and became extremely confrontational and boisterous. Such a situation could have easily been handle with a simple, Ill check into it and get back with you; but no not with her, she had to be in control and over talk the both of us. As adults we should have been able to handle this issue much better. I would never recommend this center or any other facility owned/ or operated by this individual.

Unlike the pervious review, I am in love with this daycare. Any issues that I have had, has been address promptly and with care. I have never experienced any heating or cooling issues. The teachers are warm and loving to the children. I constantly refer people to this daycare, and I will continue to do so. The owner cares for the children, I know this because the children that went there, grow up and in turn bring their children. There is know way that people would take their children to a harmful enviornment. The children eat well, have fun and are safe. And that is what is most important to a working parent. To know that their child is well taken care of. I will never forget when I dropped my child off, another child was playing on the playground but was limping. the owner called him over and asked what was wrong, he said his feet hurt. The young mans shoes were too small. Ms. V went a brought him some shoes. And I am sure she would do the same for my child. And thats what counts.

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with both Ms. Victoria and Little Hands Daycare II. When I was twelve years old, I used to attend daycare with Ms. Victoria when all her daycare children were in one building. When she expanded, I worked for and remained working for Ms. Victoria for six years until I had my daughter. And once my daughter was born, she went to Little Hands Daycare II. My daughter is now five and still goes to Little Hands Daycare II. I have never had an issue with Ms. Victoria or any of her staff or I wouldnt have been there with any of them for the past eleven years. She is all about her business and the well being of her daycare children. I have nothing negative to say about Ms. Victoria, her staff, or her daycare. And wish nothing but continued success to her and her business. My daughter will remain with her until she is too old to attend daycare and can work for Ms. Victoria herself.

My children have attended this daycare for 7years now(all different ages). I am extremely pleased with the care they receive. My children come home daily telling me what fun and exciting things they are doing. It is a big step trusting a center with your precious little people and I am so glad to say that I have found a childcare that treats my children well and puts education first!
