Although most of the staff are very friendly. The owner is rude. The way they handle their procedures are ridiculous. First off my daughter has been bit four times and has only been there for five months. Second, the week of my daughters second birthday they tell me because she is not potty trained they will have to charge me an additional $30 per week starting Monday. Not giving me any type of notice or even trying to really transition my daughter and being potty trained when it has been maybe three weeks ago they had just brought up to my attention and to start bringing underwear for her to start the process so they expected my daughter to be fully potty trained in three weeks. When bringing this up to Ashleys attention she stated yeah thats the policy and nothing else. She has also stated to me before this has been working because they have been open for many years now which in many cases does it mean you are the best its just me no one stands up and speak up for what is happening in that facility. They have many find prince in this facility and it is very concerning. I would definitely think four times before taking my child to this day care......

Great place, everytime I come staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My children love coming here everyday. They made my transition as a single parent very easy. I would definitely recommend this place.
