My daughter caught a new virus every two weeks. They will remove a child that has a fever for a minimum of three days and you must have a doctors note she is not contagious when she returns. Other illnesses they cannot return without a doctors note. Most places will ask you not to return your child until she is 24 hours fever free with no medicine as most pediatricians recommend. Most of the teachers are good with the kids but they are too busy. They only have one high chair in the infant room so each child has to wait to eat if they are on solids. They do not get a lot of individual attention or much stimulus. Their illness policies are completely unreasonable. Every other week for two to three days it went like this - they got there money and my daughter wasnt there and I got a doctor bill and I missed work. The sticker price looks good but you will pay a lot more in doctor bills. It is not worth it.

This daycare stated that they have experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD), but after a week, they were already kicking our child out. We did everything we could to prepare the center about our childs needs. We talked to the owner, the person giving us the tour, and even came to the open house to consult with the "teacher". We gave them a copy of the IEP, we lent them a book to help educate the other students on ASD, and set up an appointment with a person from an outside agency to have him give them pointers on how to work with our child(the person has worked with our child in the past). We also stated that our child would need some time to adjust and gave them suggestions on methods to help with that adjustment. They didnt seem to listen to anything. So, if you have a child with any special needs, I would not trust this place. Even if they say they can take care of them.

When applying for the position, the director at the time seemed very understanding of students working during the summer while attending classes. However, she was quite inconsiderate when realizing that being a student and working full time could require some time away from work. I would not suggest that any college student apply for this position, you will be deceived. She does not understand or take into consideration that people have family obligations, education requirements etc. I strongly discourage any high school and college level students from applying. If she wasnt understanding with summer availability/scheduling I would never recommend sending a child here. Its a poor example of leadership and management.

My daughter has attended the Strongsville KidsFirst for the past year and we LOVE it! My husband and I had a very difficult time selecting a preschool for her, but we felt very comfortable and welcome as soon as we walked in the school. The director greeted us and took time to answer all of our questions. She really helped calm my nerves and made a special effort to talk to my little girl. I knew it was the right school for us as soon as we met the wonderful teachers! Our daughter has learned so much and is doing so well. In addition to the terrific curriculum, the school is extremely clean and well kept. We look forward to seeing everyone everyday!

My kids went to this place for 3 years now and I have been very happy with this place. The teachers are genuinely concerned and do care for the kids around. The teachers have also inculcated a love of learning in my kids. My daughter got prepped up for Kindergarten here by her teacher and she still loves her teachers from Pre-k. It has been a wonderful experience with Kids First. Lots of space to play and run around, even the muscle room is big and spacious and have lots of light coming - and kids feel the outside too. I would recommend this place definitely to anyone. Teachers and director are nice people.

When we moved to Strongsville 2 years ago we were overwhelmed with daycare choices. We ended up choosing Kids First because of location. I think that teachers genuinely care about my daughter being prepared for Kindergarten. My daughter loves to learn and was coming home daily going over what she learned that day. Coming from home daycare I thought that she would have a difficult transition. The class sizes are manageable and kids get personal attention. My daughter is starting kindergarten in 2 days and still talks about her teachers and friends at Kids First. She loved it!

No one wants to have to leave their child, especially during those first precious years. The staff @ Kids First Strongsville were amazing. Each one of them were sure to update us on EVERY little thing that our child did or said while he was there. The teachers recorded any milestone moment so that we would not miss anything! THAT is what makes this place so special! They truly treat your child like one of their own and we will be forever grateful!

Excellent care for my child. All the teachers and staff are friendly and you can see how much they care for the kids they have in each class. Great communication with parents.
