Sara, i am very sorry nobody got back to you in a timely manner. I do know we were having phone and internet problems with the doorbell issue, sometimes it can get loud in the center due to the children and we didnt hear the doorbell or with all the illnesses going on these days, all of the staff could have been in the class room with the children and would not have been able to answer the door. on behalf of the owners/director we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Worst experience ever I called them no one answered left a voicemail n one call me back showed up there ring the doorbell no one answered the door
