Ive gone here for 20+ years but quit going several years ago because I consistently had to go over the car and point out all kinds of misses to a man who made me feel like I was putting him out to clean my car. I got in a jam and this place is right by my house so I went here Thursday. The prices had gone up and I paid $49.00 for The Works...inside and out...When I walked up to drivers open door, there was still a drip mark on the side and clear signs of dirt. I showed it to the girl and told her it looked like the door was missed....she told me that I hadnt purchased the package for a clean door...only the one where they would wipe it down without applying pressure....REALLY? Apparently if I expected them to wipe something OFF the door I would need to purchase the complete interior upgrade package....OMG! You expect people to pay $50 and drive off in a dirty car! Your competitors dont. I now promise myself i will never ever go here again, no matter how desperate I am - at least this time the girl explained it nicely!

Took our brand new E-Class Mercedes there for a quick wash. Before going there, I was with friends and we walked around the car looking at it. I left there and went to pick up my husband down the street and did not get out of the car. We went directly to the car wash and got a quick wash and remained in the car the whole time. Drove directly over the bridge to Palm Cove Marina. When we got out of the car the damage was on the front bumper. The car was not dented, just had a two very deep gouges in the front bumper. Called and no one returned my call. Call on Monday and took the car in to see the owner, George, who did not take responsiblity for the damage. I told him that the car was not damaged when I took it in and the car never left my possession after walking around it before going to his car wash. I am 100% sure that this damage was done at his establishment. I would never take my car to get washed there again. I only wish I had known about the lack of intergity of the owner before going there.

May 26, 2015 - TERRIBLE. I just got back from a road trip with my family and dogs. Needless to say, our SUV needed cleaning. I paid $36 for "The Works" and got the least. They were supposed to vacuum and wipe the inside clean and did neither. There was still crumbs and pet hair left in the car. They even left candy on the floor. Nothing was wiped down and my car didnt smell fresh/clean when they were done. Im disappointed because for $36 my car should be clean. I went back and complained and they were supposed to re-vavuum. Again, I got home and theres still crumbs in my seats, on my floor. One of the older gentlemen had the audacity to have an attitude toward me for complaining! If theyd done the job right wouldnt have had to go back! I just finished wiping everything down. Ill NEVER go back again.

A few weeks ago I went to this car wash and got the $20 basic wash and my car came out cleaner and more sparkly than its been in the past 5 years. The other day I went to check the hours and saw all of these one star reviews and wondered why that was since I got such a good wash. Today, I found out. I went to get a "treat yourself" birthday car wash and went all out with the $40 fancy package. My car looked like the neighbors kid had washed it. There were water spots everywhere and the car was still dripping wet in the easy-to-miss places. The cheaper wash had far more effort put into it, with the mirrors, bumpers, and door crevices wiped down and shiny. I am very disappointed with this most recent experience. Ill be trying the Car wash on Atlantic near Penman next time.

After spending a decent amount of money at Beaches I left this afternoon fully disappointed. The back of my bumper still had dirt on it and my floor mats were not cleaned. I had paid for a full wash/wax, carpets cleaned and conditioning of my doors/dash. While expressing my concerns to the manager I was told that since beaches doesnt seem to fully meet my standards that I should probably go elsewhere. And then once they fixed what I actually paid for, I was handed a card for a detailing shop. This is the third time Ive visited beaches and each time Ive upgraded my service convinced that they would pay a bit more attention to my car. And each time Ive had to mention a small detail that they had missed which was covered in the cost of the service rendered.

The service at this place has gone down hill in a hurry! We used to live nearby and get our vehicles done there all the time, the past few times have been mediocre at best, but this time was HORRIBLE! The manager there, Greg was a total JERK! After we spent $120 there on barely mediocre service, he refused to even give us our $15 upgrade fee back when it was clear the inside of the vehicles had barely been touched! Beyond that he talked to us as if he was too busy to hear our complaints(mind you it was raining and there was 1 car remaining in the lot) and made it seem as if we were making up a complaint. Never spend your money there. The guys who run detailing out of a garage on mayport road are 10x better for half the price and are much kinder to the customer!

DO NOT GO HERE! LAZY LAZY LAZY! First, I ask them how much it would be for a deep clean really good wash. They told me $40 to which i agreed to. After they "finished" my car was still extremely dirty. The door on the inside was disgusting, I ask them nicely to clean the door better, they then told me it would be an extra $5 for each door. I also told them before they washed my car that there was sand from the beach, they said no problem they will take care of it. Take a look at these pics and see what there version of "clean" is. After seeing how bad of a job they did, I ask for the manager and he said he wipe it down again. but these were his results. I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. Please dont make the same mistake that I did.

Went to this business today 5/4/2016 and paid $10 for exterior wash and $10 for Extra Scrub per receipt. Apparently extra scrub means they use a pressure washer at 800 psi according to their representative on site. This process blew the paint off my vehicle in several areas and they claim zero responsibility. They actually blamed it on Ford for the paint they used. Funny it stayed on all these years until today when it went through their process.Refused to accept responsibility. I will see them in court. Stay away from this business if you value your vehicles paint.

Just went through the their theres system didnt rense off my car and the guy was unwilling to help wipe off the excess soap and stuff on my truck. I asked for a towel so I could do it myself and he still argue with me. Ill never be back completely crap customer service thanks for arguing with me instead of making sure my car was clean and I was happy I think you might even been a manager. I dont care if its a manual wash you should try to make your clients happy. The sad thing is Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem until recently
