Just purchased a Groupon online. I went to the Baymeadows location- Pretty shady looking characters around, guy walks up to my truck, asks me what I was there to have done. Advised that I wanted the full detail, he said "OK, pull on back." When I told him I had a Groupon, his attitude changed. Told me there were 3 people ahead of me, and that it would be an hour and a half. I asked about an appointment, he said I could go inside. I went inside and noticed there was one car, with one guy working on it in the bay. As I turn the corner one (of 7) guys asks me what I needed done. I advised that I has having a detail. He said, "OK, let me get your keys." Again, I advise, I have a Groupon. He says "oh!" And calls someone else over- I try to make an appointment, the guys says I can come back later today.. Again, Groupon, "Oh, we are solid today..Can you come back tomorrow?" Moral of story, Do not buy a GroupOn and expect the same service for someone that is paying full price.

Ive been going to this place on and off for about 2 years. At one point I had the monthly all you can wash program which was a great value. A big part of the service you get depends on your attendant. Some of them will bust their ass for your car some could care less. I usually explain what I expect done and I tip accordingly. These people are in the hot sun doi g this all day. I have gotten the hand waxing a few times and can say I was only happy with it once. Overall I think one of the best big car washes. If youre extremely particular I suggest you go with a small independent detailer that is getting to keep all the money youre spending and will take more time to make sure every detail of your car is done.

Ive been using BCCW for six years now. I have four cars and no time to do them myself. Today 4/25/15 will be my last. It started to rain, employee was half way through waxing my truck and several emp. wiped it off real fast in the rain and called lunch. Afterward, I went to the mgr and said that I did not see them finish waxing the vehicle as I and another customer both noticed they had done half the truck. The kid handed me the keys after wiping it down and insisted it was totally waxed. When I got home not only was I able to see where it wasnt waxed There was also still crumbs on the dash and between the seats. Got me for the last time!

As long as you dont expect very much, its a decent place to get your car washed quickly. The car wash side is pretty good. I will not take my vehicle there for detailing anymore, however. They go way too fast to do a decent job and I have had to go back twice on two different vehicles for things they missed. Their response to me was that I should go over the car and inspect every little spot to make sure nothing was missed. Im sorry, but I thought that was THEIR job! I will pay a bit more and go to the guy down the street who will ACTUALLY DETAIL my car from now on.

If you want your brand new vehicle damaged and them not claim responsibility for it and make BS excuses on how their wash couldnt have done it then this is the place for you! As Im typing this review a State Trooper car has the rear bumper torn off and pulls out of the wash so I guess this helps my case a bit. Ill let my lawyer handle this one. See for yourself the pic of the Troopers car damage. Cancelled my membership, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Maybe Im spoiled with my old place in Cali but I got a typical automatic wash and hand dry. I had just taken a road trip and had some bird poop and dirt from the trip and they left most of it on my car and the inside has drips of the conditioner all over like they sprayed and didnt wipe anything. I tried talking to the gentleman and he handed me the keys and just walked off. The vacuum was good but that was the extent of my satisfaction.

I went to the car wash as I always do. I had a coupon for an express interior $24.99 regular $39.99. I was told that they would not give me the same service as I had before. I like the previous job that was done and I was exited to get the coupon in the mail, after all it was a $15.00 dollar savings. This is not the first time I did not get the service I ordered, I was just paying attention this time. This would be false advertisement!

Have been going to Big City as long as they have been open. David Sturgis does a great job running the place. Some people will complain that they dont get a "full" detail but I think you honestly get what you pay for. They do a great job for the price but dont expect to get a nook and cranny detail that would cost you $200. My only minor complaint is the self service vacuums dont have enough power to do a great job but they are ok.

Great Car wash! Make sure you join there VIP club to earn a free car wash and get a little discount..Of all the car washes I have taken my truck to these guys have a great attention to detail, with hand drying to taking the mats out and blasting them with compressed air to get all the sand and dirt out. Super friendly staff always have taken care of me. I do pay a little more cause I drive a Truck but its still well worth it.

best car wash i ever used. i have a 1995 bmw 740il that i have the complete detail performed and it comes out unbelievable. i use the car wash regularly for washes throughout the year and they keep it looking brand new. everyone comments on the car looking brand new. the staff are all friendly and cooperatve and i never have to tell them they missed a spot the do an excellent job each time. dan aug 23 2011

Until today, I never had a problem here. Today I sat and waited an hour before they even put my car in a spot, I saw at least 3 cars that got here after me get done. They parked my car in the corner and just kept putting different cars in the spots. When they finally did put my car in a spot, it sat there for another 20 minutes before anyone even touched it.

David one of the assistance managers had given my Dog a bone then proceeded to tell me that he knew how to make them be quite, that it was just a like a women, give them a treat and they will shut up!! If you have any complaints they are quick to turn their backs and not take ownership for it. never will I return to this place!
