Per-Max remodeled my condo in Miami Beach. I dont live in Florida and my worries were finding a reliable contractor able to manage the work while I was absent. Found Per-Max on the internet as some others and met with three companies representative. After meeting with all three I found Mr. Juan Carlos Montana, president of the firm, was very knowledgeable and professional on the subject and after a couple of meetings and receiving his estimate realized I was dealing with the right firm. I hired the Per-Max and from that point on all communication was conducted by email, I received continuous work in process photo updates, and constant communication keeping me in the loop of work until completion. The work came out amazing, I have to say it was a very relaxed business relationship, I definitely recommend this firm, specially if you need a reliable contractor and not living in Miami

We live in New York and bought a condo in Miami Beach that needed extensive repairs. We found Per-Max online and after a phone with Juan Carlos thought were dealing with a professional contractor. We preselected other three potential contractors and flew to Miami to set an interview. Finally we selected Per-Max as our contractor; the project went very smoothly, Juan Carlos kept us in the loop constantly sending us weekly photo updates until completion. The final results came out great, the job was finished on schedule, we believe the people at Per-Max made an excellent job, we love our new remodeled condo!
