I want to share my experience with EZ Roofing Contractors; I bought a house in 2013 and I was aware of a roof leak, I found EZ Roofing through an acquaintance and at first they were very accommodating and professional, the sales person came to do an evaluation and said that in order to fix the leak we would have to replace the whole roof, ok, we agreed and the service was done. It has been four years now and every time it rains I get my calls ignored for weeks while it rains inside the house, it rains through the roof by the fire place and by the front door EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!!! Whenever they felt like calling me back I have been more than patient with their schedule arrangements and they have patched the roof a few times,I DONT THINK THAT A BRAND NEW ROOF SHOULD HAVE TO BE PATCHED!!! I have followed every suggestion they made to fix the issue and even paid them more because all of a sudden they couldnt do anything else because I had a "balance". Mind you that the roof replacement was paid cash in full at the time of service !! It cost us more than $15.000 dollars and so far all I have is a four years colossal headache!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are dishonest and unprofessional !!!! I would have given it ZERO stars if that option was available!!!

I hired this roofing company to do a repair on my roof and they were excellent! Charles, the owner, was super attendant and very fair with pricing. We were so pleased with the outcome that we referred them to two other family members who needed roofing work done. They were also extremely satisfied with the service. I know I will need my roof replaced some time in the future and I am glad I know whom to call.

My roof looks beautiful!!! They protected everything: my pool, driveway, garage doors... My kitchen and bathroom are SO WONDERFUL NOW!!! Has a barley legal contract for roofibg . States basically they have power of attorney over claim buyer beware. Contract states that they can sign your name and deposit checks. Very gray area legal
