recommend you avoid this company too. They are awful and not trust worthy. We hired Reef Tropical/Bobby to put in privacy hedge in our weekend Key Largo place and they did a bad unacceptable job. They are far from landscaping professionals. I did not bargain their prices nor did we shop around to get opinions before hiring them. That was our first mistake. I have pictures of their installation with plants thrown into the ground without any soil, roots exposed and uneven hedge. Plants missing rocks and just a lazy non caring workmanship. Bobby and his Manager of Landscaping were rude and condescending. Never again. Consider hiring a Mom and Pop hard working honest family before using Tropical Reef. They do not deserve any stars!!! I rarely write reviews but this has been bothering me for several months and left a bitter experience.

This company is terrible. I wrote a negative review a few months ago and it was deleted. They built a koi pond for me which cost over $16,000. It was poorly designed and poorly built. They also ignored every attempt I made to get them to come and check on the numerous problems that I had. If you are having a pool or pond built I would avoid this company at all costs. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I cannot give them 0. Nobody reached out to help. If you reached out to help why havent I heard from you since my first posting 3 months ago. I have multiple emails from the Manager Dave saying he would get back with me. Naturally, he was always too busy. If you want a poorly designed overpriced pond with multiple problems, where the company provides no follow up, go with this company.

Pressure cleaned and painted exterior. Also painted two designs on the house exactly as I asked. It looks great! His workers are polite and cheerful, happy to make sure the work is done correctly Victor Perez is terrific! He is efficient, organized and delivers on all his promises. We arranged to have the exterior of my house painted and his workers arrived on time, pressure cleaned, prepared the house and did a great paint job. Victor was also on location making sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. It was done beautifully. Reef Tropical did what I asked and more. They left the house in pristine condition. How many times can you say that about a company? I am delighted to recommend Reef Tropical!

Reef Tropical Pool and Landscape advertised a good deal to blacktop driveways on Angies list. They did a great job on the driveway, but painted over the bolts for the hurricane shutters. When I pointed this out, they sent the worker back to fix the problem. Very happy, will use them again. Thank you.
