Ive worked with the company for two years with mixed results. On a few occasions theyve fixed a problem, on a few they claimed they have and the problem reoccured. The mechanics are nice although often late (or very late), the in-office customer service reps are nice as well, but will not go up and above to satisfy your needs or answer questions. The billing gets a bit messed up - with 2 credit cards on file, they have billed me to a wrong credit card before despite clear instructions and have not send receipts despite several reminders.

Bad attitude, as if we were doing them a favor. They left things all over the yard and just left without saying a word. Called the company to ask for a manager and got ignored. Stay Away!
