Do not pay there subs per agreed terms. Very deceitful, they hire local small business where they obtain government contracts, and then dont pay per agreed terms. Say 2 weeks after completion, and then say 1st week of following month, and then 2 weeks later say it will go out overnight following monday. 3 weeks later after Christmas and new years say they pay their subs after client pays them. Still waiting 2 months later and havent been paid.
