So I normally go to Tijuana Flats when its Taco Tuesday, but my love for tacos lead me to come today. I was so entertained by Amelio and Mike when I was purchasing my tacos, they were like a dynamic duo together. While waiting for my tacos of course I had to get my sauces, Amelio went immediately to see if I needed help or had any questions and I was fine at first... theeen he mentioned if I knew about sauce combos and I got interested. He made a concoction for me and it was AMAZiNG. He also made another combination that suited my boyfriends craving for a spicier sauce. Overall, they really showed quality and make me want to come back often, especially being a local nearby.

The food was great as always. The service was lacking. Had to go up ourselves to ask for refills on our drinks. The other Tijuana Flats in Fleming Island, the servers are constantly roaming around, asking if anything is needed. Same for boxing up our excess food. Had to wait at the counter. Ill give the store the benifit of doubt, being it is Monday. We usually dine there on Friday evenings. This syore may just be short staffed early in the week.

We were greeted when we came in, but once we started ordering, the lady became short and unpleasant. We ordered, then waited for our food. The food was disappointing. It lacked flavor. They served it with a side of tortilla chips, which is great. I love tortilla chips. But that was it, no salsa, no guac, no queso. We ate dry tortilla chips. Yuck. Would not go back.

Since they have opened, my family and I have been here minimum 10 times. All was wonderful at first, ever since they changed the crew it has been terrible. Messing up the orders every single time. I am literally sitting here now waiting for my order since they MESSED IT UP AGAIN!! They need to retrain the new crew or do something about it immediately.

The staff is AMAZING! They definitely make sure you’re satisfied. I believe he’s the manager - taller gentleman that always stands by the takeout cash register along with the lady with red hair. Super friendly and awesome food. Most importantly: CLEAN RESTROOMS! This is my second time at this TFlats and will definitely return.

Great staff, wonderful food and perfect location. Long line when I got there, but it moved extremely quickly. Food comes out quick and this location has a separate take out window. Perfect for the lunch crowd on the run! So dangerous this is so close to work, probably a normal lunch stop now...

This is a new Tijuana Flats..the service is good and the food is okay. They seem to be a bit sparing on stuffing their tacos. For some reason the food at this Tijuana Flats just isnt as good as the others Ive been to.

Its usually really good but today my order was all messed up. My to go order had the correct description on the box but when I opened it it was all kinds of messed up. Sorry but today wasnt a win.

Its hard to go wrong with T-Flats. This new location is great but rather small for the crowds that have been coming. Outside seating is great though! Eat more tacos!

Counter service then they bring it out to you at your table when they call your name on a metal tray. Food is always good and fairly quick.

Good Mexican food in a counter service set up. Great staff and service. Hot sauce bar with 15 hot sauces. Nice open air set up.
