I typically always have a decent experience when I dine in the restaurant, the food is consistent and good. I have noticed that the hostess staff is generally and always on the rude side. Not friendly or welcoming at all, and this last visit to pick up to go was by far the worst. It started with the initial phone call to place my order and continued when my daughter picked it up. They treat you as if you are inconveniencing them with your order and presence. The man who took my order seemed flustered, busy and was extremely short with me. I asked if he could hold for a second (my alarm on my phone was going off) and he said "if you put me on hold Im putting you on hold" all I needed to do was push a button. My daughter stated that when she went in the pick up the order and she questioned if our salads were included in the one bag the girl placed on the counter. She was curtly told "Im getting to them!" and that was the last she spoke to her, not even handing her the bags that were located on the other side of the counter, my daughter is petite in size and had to reach over the bakery counter to retrieve them. No salutation, no thank you, nothing. Just took the money and turned away from her. Like I said the food is good and usually we have a decent server but when youre spending that kind of money for a meal "usually" isnt a word one should be using and the staff, especially the ones initially greeting the guests should be friendly and accommodating. If they dont like working with the public get a diffferent job. I pay for service not attitude. The server Meagan was horrible. We were the second in line to be seated this morning. After we were seated, we waited about 10 minutes before she came to our table. ( 1st sign this was not going to be good). After taking our order , she asked if we would like some bread, we said yes. We waited and waited and waited and began thinking maybe she had to go to Crocker Parker for the bread. She showed up with bread about 15 minutes later. (2nd sign -- not good morning for dining here). Disappears again for about 12 minutes and states it taking a little longer for them to cook the "pork chop". I stated we did not order pork chop. We order steak and salmon. She looked surprised and said, "oh" and speedily left our table. ( 3rd sign --strike, we should have left earlier, as well as requested to speak to the manager). To compensate for her err, she asked if we would like soup or salad while we waited for our entrees. We received our food around 12:03pm. The food was excellent, but did not compensate for the LONG WAIT. We ordered cheesecake for dessert. One slice was for dining in and the others were for carry out. ANOTHER LONG WAIT.

I always had a somewhat decent experience at this location. Never perfect but also never trashy. This visit however I was extremely disappointed in the take out food. I ordered well ahead of time and was in no rush so why was my food prepared so dismissively? I ordered the buffalo wings which were cold and undercooked. My cheesecake was delivered to me upside down and when I noticed I had already left the restaurant and didnt feel like going back. The cherry on top of this grand scheme of things was when I got home to eat my Jamaican chicken pasta. The pasta wasnt sauteed enough and was just a big block. Also, I found this little thing with legs in my pasta, freaked out until I realized its probably the peel of a shrimp, but how inattentive are the kitchen staff to allow things like this happen? I usually dont care when it comes to these things but this was nasty. Have your kitchen staff more attentive to the food they are preparing. I would rather wait for amazing well prepared food then wait for food that was mishandled or not even cared about. Never ordering from this location again, Ill drive the 45 minutes to Crocker Park thanks.

I knew that Id be in for a rich, calorically indulgent experience before arriving to The Cheesecake Factory. If you are dieting or trying to eat healthy, options are very limited here. Most entreés, appetizers, and desserts are very high in calories. (Nutrition guide is available online) However, there are still some delicious options such as the Tuna Tataki Salad that I ordered which was reasonable. I was absolutely not expecting such a gorgeously crafted salad when I ordered, and was pleasantly surprised. The tuna was fresh, peppered to perfection and came with a delicious balsamic dipping sauce. Prices are high/moderate. Their cheesecake is also a treat to try at least once, I finished my meal with a slice of cherry. (Desserts can be ordered to go as well) Again, you can expect to pay a little bit more for desserts and smoothies as well, but its worth it. The richness of the food is unavoidable, but something to experience and treat yourself to at least once. Seating is plentiful and there is also a bar area where one can dine at as well. All in all, I had a really nice dining experience, and would return.

Awful place to eat! my Girlfriend and I where out for date night and had horrid service. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but this was unacceptable. 1. We received cold bread 2. My water glass had cilantro leafs stuck on the inside and out side of my glass 3. When dinner came my date and I unwrapped out silverware only to find both sets dirty, no wait staff was around so I swapped for fresh silverware from another table only to find another dirty set of silverware!!!? 4. My plate consisted of fried catfish, green beens, corn, and mashed potatoes. My corn was either extremely undercooked or unripe, the green beans where stone cold as well as the sautéed onions mixed in, and the cat fish seemed to have been frozen and then deep fried before it was thawed. As it was dripping lukewarm water and was cold on the inside! 5. My girlfriend got a pasta dish her pasta was firm (under cooked) yet both our plates where piping hot leading me to think they just throw it in the microwave before they served it. Never visiting again, I would highly suggest Crocker park location

They just need more employees. The food is always excellent and the service is always too slow. It is so slow that its either carry out or eat somewhere else as far as Im concerned. We got sat at 6:30 PM and started walking out a bit after 8 pm on a Sunday. We were a party of five. We ordered 2 appetizers, 5 fountain drinks, 2 bottled beers, and 4 entrees. It took well over an hour to get our food. The server started off being very prompt but once we ordered dinner (and my second beer), she was tough to flag down. About 10 minutes after ordering dinner and not getting the beer, I realized she had probably forgotten about it. That is fine, she is only human. I tried to flag her down at least 3 times when she was only 1 or 2 tables away but she never acknowledged me. She either truly didnt see me or she was so busy that she just pretended not to see me. Either way, they need more employees. The manager should have also been visible at least 1 time considering how long we were there.
