I went there yesterday (07-31-17), weve been there about 10 times now. We always have exceptional customer service but yesterday we had an incident that was beyond fantastic. We were leaving and I was packing my kids up in the car. I put my son in his carseat, his cup somehow got punctured while he was climbing in. I already had my 18 month old in her seat, which is in itself an accomplishment (She hates her carseat). I panicked a little bit, quickly looked around the parking lot and there was a female employee who appeared headed to her car. I am assuming she was getting off work. She wasnt far from my car so I asked her if she could help me out, I quickly explained how much of a pain it would be to drag two kids out of the car to get a new cup. She was so quick to say sure no problem, Ill be right back. She had no problem at all running back inside to help me out. She was delightful and she probably has NO idea how much those 2 minutes of her time to run back inside after she was headed home & even after her shift. She saved me a huge head ache. She came back outside, gave me the cup told me to have a great day and was back off headed to her car. I didnt catch her name but it was approximately 2-3 pm in the afternoon. Again, she has no idea how much I greatly appreciate it. She went above and beyond. We will be back soon!!

First time Ive ever had a less than great experience at a Chic-fil-A. I went through the drive-thru and when I got my meal I asked for more Chic-fil-A sauce. The worker gave me the sauce promptly and I started to drive away. However, as I was about to drive away I hear the boy say, "Why do people ask for so much sauce?!" This made me stop my car and look out the window back at him. He said "what?" and started to laugh. I would understand if the tone of his voice sounded as if he was joking around, but why does it matter to him if people want extra sauce, no sauce, a little sauce, or one of each? I am a paying customer and deserve to get what I pay for so long as I obey and follow the rules of the establishment.

This is a fast food place with class. Comfortable, great menu, clean bathrooms, clean surroundings. Long lines that move quickly and fast service after the order. Senior discount my not be consistent. Some only offer it on the drink (WOW!! What a deal!!) But the food is good and they close on Sunday. Not sure what religious group the owners associates with, but its a Christian faith. And they are more serious about their faith than profit. Best of all, they appear to be doing great. Wish all people of faith lived there religion rather than just profess believe.

Total positiv überrascht, alles super ein etwas anderes Burgerlokal mit viel Puplikumsverkehr, was auf ein gutes Angebot schließen lässt. Gerne immer wieder. Auch die Toiletten waren ansprechend sauber.

I look forward to returning to this store/resturant. Emily, was the drive thru person/gal that took my order she was happy and professional. I really had never had someone who made me happy to go through drive thru before, SHE DESERVES A RAISE, SHE WILL ENCOURAGE RETURN CUSTOMERS.. I am down here for a month and really like the food but her service and such will bring me back. Thank you, :)

If you like a chicken sanwhich or just like chicken i cant recommend a better place. Hands down the best chicken sandwhich i have ever had and i dont think i will have better. The food is what you go there for but the friendly staff, clean facilities and nice chilled music for you to enjoy your scran to just makes it a great visit everytime. It does get busy because its so damn good.

Granted, its fast food - but theyre very good at it. This particular location provides great service with a smile. The chicken tenders are amazing and so is their classic chicken sandwich. Everybody loves the waffle fries and, my personal favorite, their yogurt parfait is simple, inexpensive and tastes amazing (always fresh strawberries). Another thing I really like: Sweet tea!

Unbelievable just so good food is beautiful service is amazing and every member of staff I dealt with was polite and helpful I wish other customer service establishments would send their staff to this restaurant to see how customers should be treated. Once again a delight to eat here I just wish I had tried this place earlier in my vacation.

Id never been to a Chick-fil-A before, and I really liked my chicken sandwich. Its not exactly a gourmet meal, but its an excellent alternative to a burger when you want something different. The decor is standard fast food joint style, but the service was amazingly fast, especially considering how busy the place was when we visited.

This is my only bad review of a Chick Fil A in all my years as a customer of this franchise. The line took 15 mins to get through and we didnt even have our complete order, and we had to drive back in the rain to complete our order. Good thing we are traveling, when we visited. I would hate to be a local and have to visit this location.

We went over here at 10:15p.m. on 6/7/17 and had a longer than normal wait but when we got to the counter the manager started apologizing right away for the delay and even gave us coupons for or next visit. I dont know her name but she needs a raise!!! This is a great example of a great employee!!!

The food is great. The service is even better - we visited a few times while we were staying nearby, the staff was so friendly - I was amazed at how well we were treated and the pride they had in making peoples experience great. Nice play area for the kids too.

Super fast friendly service!! Now the food...omg we only have KFC in our part of the UK.. WHY??? Please open a diner in Yorkshire UK!! Best chicken burger we have ever had sooo much flavour so many tastes. Delicious!! My husband went back for more! (

This is one of the best managed restaurants in Central Florida. They are consistently friendly and efficient, even though they are crazy busy nearly every day. I go out of my way to hit this location due to the fantastic staff, the food is good too!

Despite all other restaurants and it saying on their online ordering, this location refused, rudely, to make a lunch item during breakfast hours. This store has the worst customer service and have received better at every taco bell I have been to.

Not the cleanest and finely tuned Chick-fil-a I have ever been to, but it was still much better then most fast food restaurants. Nice play area for the kids and a decent amount of parking, just not as much seating inside the restaurant.
