Worst Panera.. I eat at a Panera once a week. (obviously not this one, often.) Since opening, the few times I have decided to enjoy, I have had a less than subpar experience. They are always out of half of the soup on the menu. You dont learn or any outage until after youve ordered. I have never received a smile or a happy interaction. They will be out of baguettes that are supposed to come with your meal (or the option of an apple or chips.) Instead of being honest, they just dont ask you at all to not give you a part of what youre paying for. In tonights example... When you kindly ask well are we going to get the option of apples, chips, or break. You receive a rude response stating how theyre out of bread. "Oh okay, thats fine maam. May I get apples then?" "I actually never asked so you can get what we have".. "oh okay, well can I speak to your manager since this is what Im paying $22 for?" "Lucky for you, you were getting apples." As the window slams in my face. Im a firm believer only angry people leave reviews or those who are asked for them. As someone in customer service who deals with asking for honest reviews or handling those who are upset, the franchise should be ashamed of such a poorly ran, managed, and unprofessional environment. To learn, the dialogue exchanged above was actually with a manager makes my opinion even more valid. It makes me sad to know of a restaurant I longed for in my little town is such a unpleasant place to enjoy.

Normally my experience at this branch is very good, however today when I went through the drive window to order coffee for the office my experience was completely different. I ordered two large coffees with cream and sugar on the side and one of their breakfast sandwiches. The wait time was a little longer than normal, but I figured it was because they were short handed or something. Well, when I got my stuff I was handed two coffees, with no carriers, and the coffees were not as ordered. The gentleman at the window indicated that was the way it had been placed in the computer and there was no offer to fix the order. I took the coffees and the rest of the order and continued on my way. When i returned to the office it was discovered that the rest of the order was wrong as well. The sandwich was inedible, due to it being burned. So, today was not the day to order from this location and probable in the future my business will go elsewhere.

Staff is unprofessional. TERRIBLE, in fact. One woman who answers the phone for deliveries is completely unorganized, and it seems as though she has no idea what is going on. She asked for my credit card number 3 times. I said it slowly, because I deal with numbers all day at my job, I know its hard sometimes to understand people, but I was very clear. She seemed to be laughing and joking around while she was on the phone with me. She asked for my address and apparently couldnt find it, even though our office has had Panera deliver 3 times to this location. When she couldnt find the address she said, "Ok hold on" and put me on hold. VERY unprofessional. If the food at this place wasnt so amazing, Id give LESS stars. Get your staff together Panera. That was ridiculous.

Had a manager give me a "Online" coupon and said I could use it as many times as I wanted until 5/1/2016. Was only able to use it once and when I called I was put on hold twice, both times I waited over 5 minutes. I had to keep calling back until "Finally" a manager came to the phone and said he couldnt help me and passed the buck and gave me directions that do no exist to try to get a coupon I can use. The service and management at this place needs some re training at best.

My drive through experience has always been good. Now the one time I went in....not so much. There your two men running the registers, the older one seemed to possible be a manager and if he was...thats very disappointing. He spoke harsh and down to they other employees around him. He became very flustered at the line building up and was unpleasant to customers.

So far all my experiences at Panera have been ok, the food was always good and the staff(as in the crew since Ive never needed a manager) are always professional. But after a bout of food poisoning it will be some time before I consider giving Panera Bread my business again, if I ever go back for that matter.

i knew an employee who was learning dining room and her parents came and they were customers. and they talked to her for a few then the manager (bill) hollered at the employee. the employees are nice, food is okay but too expensive. cookies are delicious. wish they had different management

They have some Baker at this Panera Breads always consistent never had no problems and recommend Tuesdays for your bagels because they have a special deal on that day but again this is the best one we have ever tried and were coming from Gainesville so that must tell you it must be good

Place and service okay. Staff could be more attentive and courteous. Food was great with outside seating. The Steel cut oatmeal with Apple chips was great, very flavorful. However portions seem to be getting smaller every time I come for breakfast. Still good place to eat. $$$

Really nice place the gentleman in the lobby is a real people person and helps in any way possible I believe he is a driver also because he left with a delivery then when he came back which was fairly quick he greeted everyone in the store awesome place to eat just awesome.

Ive been a regular breakfast customer but for the first time this morning my ordered toasted bagel with cream cheese was not served on time. I had to get to the counter to find out what was going on, and saw my tray sitting there for sometime.

The place in general is well-kept: clean bathrooms, nice layout. The service was exemplary; my food was brought to me within 5 minutes. Great-tasting food as always from Panera. All in all a well-run franchise - would definitely recommend.

I went through drive through around 9:30 p.m. I ordered grilled cheese with pickle spears. There was a short wait because of preparation, but personnel were friendly and courteous. The sandwich and picked were very delicious.

Ordered chicken tortellini, only 4 small bits (like you would feed a toddler) in the entire bowl. Tortellini was dry as if it had sat all day. Not quality food or servings for what you pay.

The sandwhich and soups are awesome. Atmosphere is guiet, cool, kinda soothing. Bathrooms are clean. Employees are very courteous and friendly. I love visiting this restaurant.
