Not terrible, Not great. Thats how I will sum it up. If you are a busy human (who isnt) then this is not the place for you. When you aproach the desk the almost look annoyed to see you. When you ask if there is an opening they look at you like you should know there isnt. The other negative to me Is the staff turns over to quickly, as soon as you find the stylist you love they are no longer there...

Well, all I can say is I sure hope the manager makes things right. I have fried hair and a ruined shirt after my visit to this salon. I know my hair can not be fixed, but I should at least get my money back and get reimbursed for the shirt. We will see.
