My 1 year old baby went to this child care for two weeks. But finally my nightmare just ended. I was checking on the camera everything that happened with my baby. In one occasion, one of the teachers threw my baby in the changing table like a piece of meat (because the baby was crying); she also put a diaper that wasnt my babys diaper (it was a smaller size)... Why didnt she used the diaper that I included in my babys bag? Kids in here just spend their time eating, sleeping and crawling or walking around... the staff does not teach any kind of activities to the kids. Everytime you visit the place kids have their face full of snot. Even when I picked my baby up at the end of the day, her face was dirty of snot... they did not bother to clean it. Besides everything Ive just said, I was giving them a chance for things to get better, but nothing improved. That was the worst two weeks of my entire life - Today (the last day of my baby in this place) I said good morning to the ladies in charge (the one who threw my baby like a piece of meat) and I looked at her to her face and she did not answer back to me, so, to me she took it personaly .... Something else to say, is that the facility needs to be clean deeper , in 3 ocassion I saw 3 cockroaches. I signed up my daughter in this place because of positive reviews I read online. I am saddened to say that my experience was all negative.

I removed my child from the VPK program for several reasons. High staff turnover (my child had 2 different teachers in the 5 months that she was there and I recently learned that 2more teachers were either let go or quit). The staff was unfriendly, I had many safety concerns for my child on the playground and in the class that were not addressed, and there was no program to speak of. It was more like a daycare and a bad one at that. I had 2 older children that went to VPK at the old building several years ago and I was satisfied with the program then but they had a different director and teachers. I do not recommend Childrens Village.

I babysit and i pick kids up from there everyday. I love it. Theyre so nice. Im going to send my son there when he gets old enough! By far the cleanest one ive ever seen!

Childrens Village has great Child Care Service. The teachers are great at there job, they all get along and create a Safe and fun environment for the children
