This daycare was pretty good at first. My daughter loved to go there. First problem that arose, letting your kids sit in dirty clothes all day even though they have extra clothes. Really not that bad. Next problem, would let my 3 yr old go to the bathroom unsupervised and "wipe herself". She came home everyday for over a week with dried, crusted, nasty poop in her underwear like she had been sitting in it all day. Me and my wife brought it to the staffs attention more than 3 seperate times... terrible. Lastly and this drew the line, my 1 yr old son sat in his poop so long that he had sores all over his butt and legs. When asked when the last change was, my wife was told less than 20 mins... his clothes smelled so bad that it could gag you. On top of this my son and another child were left unattended in another room. For how long?? No one knows, the lady was informed and seemed to not care. I have asked the owner to speak with me several times and she has not once attempted to apologize or contact me or my wife on these matters, or even try to ensure that the problems will be corrected. My children will not be returning to this daycare. If you read this and consider taking your kids... beware that you might not be getting the care your child or children deserve.

Ive finally calmed down to the point where I can say this. Do NOT take your child to All Stars Learning Center in Ocala! This was my 3 month old daughters first day and other than the bottle that I gave her during my lunch break, she was not fed at all!! Nothing! The ladies supposedly watching her had no clue and she was crying terribly. I got her in my car so upset and tried to nurse her but she was so exhausted she hardly ate. Then I got her home and noticed she was in a different onesie and there was yellow poop stain all up her side and back. We found her dirty onesie in the garbage bag covered in poop like she had a dirty diaper for a while and had rolled around in it. Her diaper was also cinched up tight like a tourniquet around her little waste. Never again. Please spread the word about this horrible place! All Stars Learning Center. They are opening a new facility right off hwy 40 in Ocala.

Overall Great Child Care. My son started with All Stars full time (5 days a week) at 6 weeks old and hes 15 months old right now. Kristi (The Office Manger) is great about texting me updates and pictures. I drop him off with Miss Jenn in the mornings, and he is in Mrs. Sharons class during the day right now. She is great with her kids. She does arts/crafts all the time, and daily reports upon request. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who has got to put their full trust in someone watching their little ones.
