We placed our child in this daycare about two months ago and it has been horrible the entire time. She was only going part time there so she was only there like 7 times the first month. Literally I picked her up 3 times in the evening and every time she was bawling. The first time the lady was feeding another child so ok that is understandable. However the next time she was not busy at all and my daughter laid in the floor and was so upset. Her eyes were swollen so I know she had been crying for a long time. The third time I walk in the lady is leaned up on the sink doing nothing and my daughter is laying face down in her crib screaming. She looked at me with a look like oh no I got caught. So I ran and picked her up and she was good after that. Lastly, we called to talk to the new manager, cause they are under new management now, and was asking if there was an issue we didnt know about that was making everyone upset at my daughter and she had the gall to respond "Well your daughter is high maintenance and cries a lot". Really!! Ok so lets say she is... I pay you to take care of my 6th month old baby if she didnt need something I would leave her at home with no one to watch her.. She is a baby that cries when she needs things.. Anyway never take your child to this place.

My son has attended Childcare Network since he was eight weeks old. As a new parent I worried about placing my son in daycare so I researched all the local centers that were licensed reading complete inspection reports back to 2006 that are listed on the Virginia Department of Social Services website. After many tours, interviews, and spending time at different facilities I placed my son at Childcare Network. He is now two years old and has thrived at Childcare Network. The center does amazing projects with him including lots of artwork which now covers my office. The teachers are all wonderful with the kids but his infant and wobbler room teachers were especially kind and helped him to grow and learn new things that have established a strong foundation for him. When I was searching for a place for him I never imagined that I would find such a wonderful school with great people who love my son so much. We are very blessed to have them in our lives. I would highly recommend Childcare Network in Bristol and I plan on keeping my son there until he is too old to go. Have I mentioned their great schedule and before/after school care complete with bus run??? :) Overall a great place to send your kids.

I had many concerns as a first time parent in trying to decide on the best childcare option for my son. I was nervous because everything was so new. I am very glad that The Childcare Network had an opening and that my son is able to go there. They have always been very nice and patient with me, even when I have questions that are probably silly as I am still learning. The classroom teachers are very kind to my son and I feel that all his needs are being met. I love that they even have a curriculum for infants to get them engaged and learning. Whenever I go in the center, all of the children seem to be having a good time and seem content, in my sons class and the other classes. The teachers all seem very attentive and alert to the kids. The director has kindly answered many questions for me and they all help keep me informed when my son is sick or something seems to be going on with him. They are organized with the supplies I bring and the feedback they give me for his day. Also, the center is always clean, which is very important to me. I have had a great experience with them so far!

I have a 3 year old granddaughter that I have been taking to Bristol, VA. Childcare Network since she was an infant. I have never had any problems or bad experiences with this daycare. It has been so easy for her as a child and us as her family to know she is well taken care of. I never worry about whether she is okay or not. She gets up everyday with excitement to go to "school" as she calls it. Every teacher that she has had we have loved them. Ms. Patty is awesome!!!!. She always answers my questions that I have. Ms. Allison and Christy are always kind and helpful. We love Ms. Patsy as well. We will keep Cambria there as long as she is able to go before she starts regular school. We live in Tennessee so the school bus doesnt go to our school where she will be going, but thats okay. We truly love Childcare Network. We recommend it to anyone with children.

A friend recommended Childcare Network to us last year so we put our son in the summer program to give it a try. He enjoyed it so much and was so comfortable he asked if he could attend the after school program each day. My husband and I both work outside of the home so the convenience of dropping our son off at Childcare in the morning and knowing he will get to school on time and safely AND knowing the Childcare bus will be there to pick him up after school (even on early dismissal days or snow schedules) is a HUGE relief! From Mrs. Allisons "Good mornings" to the final "Have a good evening" each day we have always felt welcome at Childcare and expect to have our son there for many more school years and summers to come. Thanks Mrs. Allison, Mrs. Kristy, Ms. Patsy and Mr. Travis!

A strong start to a successful education. The whole team is amazing. Each day when I pick up my kids, I have a detailed list of what activities they were involved in, what they ate and drank that day, potty times, nap times and their mood that day. Every week I get to bring home artwork that our children create. Its hard not getting to be with them as often as Id like but with the demands of work and home, but I know I would not be able to do as many activities as they do daily at Childcare Network. In the summer they have water activity days and for the older kids they get to go on field trips to great places such as the Barter Theatre. It is a very safe environment with a keypad entry and locked mini doors dividing each age group. Love this place

Childcare Network has been one of the best choices I have ever made.We have been a Childcare Network family for 4 wonderful years now. Led by Allison Miller the entire staff is so welcoming and genuinely care about my child and what goes on in her life, not just at the center but at home as well. They have really made a difference in our lives. The piece of mind that I have at work because I know my child is in good hands is wonderful. Their ability to bus my child to school and pick her up after is very convienent and a big plus during the winter when weather can cause problems. I would highly reccommend this daycare center to anyone looking for daycare no matter what age their child is.
