Brought my Odyssey in to have the timing belt swapped which includes swapping water pump, tensioners, and alternator/power steering belts. I brought in all the parts and two gallons of coolant. When I received the car, I drove it no more than 5 minutes and it immediately overheated. I pulled over right away and discovered that the radiator was dry. I called in and they said it was probably just an air bubble near the sensor and to top it off with what coolant I had and bring it back. It took the entire gallon of coolant I had with me and was still not full. Thats way too much for it to be an air bubble. So I returned to the shop where they made a very half-hearted attempt to bleed the system, then went back and got me some free coolant to top it off. I put free in quotes because they brought out the same coolant I had brought in with the car. Then he offered to do a couple of oil changes for free, but we both know I wont be back. Ive had the car for about a week and now the Alternator / Power Steering belt is not adjusted properly, so it squeals. Ive had no overheating issues since I filled and bled the radiator system properly myself. I have years of experience with this and many other Hondas. Ive done complete engine swaps, cylinder head replacements and timing belt jobs, etc. The only reason I didnt do this one is due to the fact that where we are living does not allow people to work on cars in their driveways. In short, they were incompetent. If I had not been on the ball, my engine would have been ruined.

VERY BAD I TOOK MY MERCEDES FOR AN OIL CHANGED AND REG MAINTENANCE AND DID NOT FINISH THE FIRST DAY WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THERE WERE MANY SPOTS WITH GREASE ALL OVER THE HEAD LINER AND WAS PROMISED TO GET IT CLEANED BY DETAILING WHEN TOOK IT BACK THE OWNER WAS CLEANING WITH SOME KIND OF SPRAY AND WAS NEVER CLEANED PROPERLY AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AND ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW I WILL TELL THEM AND YOU WILL SEE A BAD REVIEW FROM ME EVERY DAY BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.
