I initially came here for A/C service to replace a condenser and recharge the system. After calling around, CJ, the manager offered me the best quote Id heard all day. I scheduled an appointment the next day and as soon as I walked in (15 minutes early) a work order with the exact price I was quoted was waiting for me and the part was already there. A little over an hour later everything was done and so far it still works great. In addition, the waiting area was nice, the folks working there were friendly, I noticed every other customer was in/out quickly and the location is very convenient. I asked about more services for the future, and the prices are competitive for sure. I plan on returning for some more work on my vehicle, this is a very trustworthy shop. I highly recommend it if you are in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area.

On 09/08/2016 I was able to schedule an appt. for an oil change. I got there an hour early and they took my car right back for service. It was busy as the parking lot was full as well as the garage was full with other vehicles being worked on. I left for 20 minutes and when I returned the car was ready. There was some other work that needed done but did not have the time complete it today. The estimate I received for the other repairs were not only reasonable but both employees answered my questions and explained everything without making me feel dumb (Im not tech savvy) meinke has earned a loyal customer. Great job guys!!!!!! Excellent work. Trust goes a long way in the car business. Keep up the good work!

I have used this Meineke several times and have had nothing but good experiences. Dustin is a great person to deal with. He is honest and will give and explain all your options available when work is needed. They charge fair prices and I have been pleased every time I have been there. I would recommend if you have the need for work to go see them. I have read some of the reviews and believe me if they were as bad as some say you would not see the amount of vehicles there being worked on. They have been there and in business for generations and I believe if you give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

I went in for an oil change because I had a coupon and they did an excellent job. They pointed out something that needed to be fixed but I decided to do it myself since it was an easy fix. No high pressure sales tactics and they got me in and out quickly. I chatted with one of the staff while I waited for my oil to be changed and they were very personable and friendly to me. I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here. My guess is it was a disgruntled employee trying to make the place look bad. I love how he says English isnt my first language but yet types the review perfectly.

I call Meineke to see if they can install a catalytic converter on our van. I already had the part. The guy who answered the phone was rude. He says they dont install customer parts because thats how they "gouge"...I mean "make their money off of customers" and I say "oh, the labor is free then? Because if so, Ill just buy the part from you and return the one I have" he says no we charge for labor too. Rude jerk, poor representative of the company. I called Tuffy, not only did they install but gave me 5% off on the labor !!! Win-win.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Mechanics and managers are dishonest and have no care for customer service. Go in one day needing a tire rotation and balance, end up needing a rotor shave to the tune of $100 dollars because they twice wrenched on a random after-market lugnut that did not belong to my car. They stated it was ok to use this lug nut, yet I had 3, yes THREE, other mechanics at Toyota dealerships and other tire and mechanic shops state that this was totally incorrect. Lost a good customer since they cant take responsibility.

This place was by far the best auto shop I have ever been to, they all were very respectful accurate and honest. I highly recommend this place if your looking for an auto mechanic that is not out for money and is honest. The manager was so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me! Which is rare usually people see a single mother and they want to add everything and anything this guy was not one of them Im so happy right now to have a.c. back in my car!!! Thank you all that work there!

Definitely will be a customer here fora WHILE! Just had my clutch replaced and the car drives completely different! Feels like a new car! Dustin is SUPER friendly and wont try to sell you on a bunch of stuff you do not really need (Like alot of other places in the area!). Dustin and the rest of the meineke crew rock!! Now all I have to do is to remember to let the clutch out slow!

We had an exhaust problem while traveling on I-95. Dustin got us taken care of 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon. He could have told us that they were about to close and that he couldnt help us, but they stayed a little late to get us fixed up and back on the road. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks.

I had a far different experience than the previous reviewers, the staff at the store was friendly and courteous and my repair was completed in a timely fashion. I needed a brake job and they gave me a very competitive quote, fixed the problem, and Ive had no problems since. A+ for my experience!

Very friendly staff over the phone. I dropped my car off. A few hours later they called and said it was a transmission issue and was not something they could fix. When I picked it up, they did not charge me anything! I was very pleased with the service and staff.

Great service, got my air conditioning inspected at 830 in the morning and got my car serviced and back within an hour. Such a good experience I dropped my other car off the same morning to be serviced also. Definitely will be coming back.

Every time I bring my car here for service, they do exactly what I request, and they dont try to push unnecessary services. I never leave feeling like they tried to take advantage of me for being a woman with little car knowledge.

Even though the a/c in the building was out, the employees kept their cool and kept business going. Ive never met more personable mechanics who go out of their way to help their customers.
