On August 6, 2016 I dropped my Husband off at his drill for the Army at 3am in St. Pete. I had to be at work at 5am that morning. My shift was 5am-3pm. Well work was going good till I got on my lunch break, I walked in the parking lot to get my cash out the car so I can gran some lunch. Come to find out my car was not in the parking lot. I thought someone stole my vehicle so I called the police and reported it stolen but come to find out it got REPOSSESSED! KEEP IN MIND my car bill was due on the 11th of every month. I would pay half in advance and the other have on the due date because it was easier for me. Make it happen repossessed the vehicle 5 days BEFORE the day it was due! They stated my insurance cancled at 12:01am on August 6, 2016. I told them I was going to pay it when I got off of work at 3. I didnt pay it that morning before work because obviously the ins. Place wasnt opened at 5am. I offered to pay 2 MONTHS of my ins so they know its guaranteed to be insured. As SPITEFUL as they were they told me I needed to pay $250 repo fee and 6,000 to get the vehicle back!!!! They told me I have 10days to get 6,000 or to come and get my things out the car but itll cost 100 to get my belongings. MIND you my husbands orders and the CLS military bag was in the vehicle. I told them they can keep it all we just want the government property back and they refused to give it back to us unless we paid. I didnt think it was fair for us to pay cause they took the vehicle 5 days before the payment was due! Angels. Sargent got on the phone with Ashley from Make it happen and tried paying the bill so we can get the stuff and she told him flat out your not my customer so I dont have to talk to you and its not your money that I want its theirs and I rather get cash. How disrespectful is that?! Money is Money! She should have tooken the money and gave us our stuff back instead of prolonging the situation. Also why do we have to pay the full balance on the vehicle instead of picking up where we left off? Like I said its not like we was late on the car bill cause they took it 5 days EARLY! Not to mention when they told me to get my stuff from the car Monday August 8 they had already emptied the car and the vehicle wasnt on the lot! So lets say I did have the 6,000 where the hell is the car? They also gave my belongings to someone that WAS NOT ON MY CONTRACT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR CONSENT!!! THEY WROTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER STATING I DID GIVE THEM CONSENT WHICH IS 150% INCORRECT!!! Also my husbands military CLS medical bag. That bag is worth over 8 grand and they denied an inventory list. Want to know why? Because they took some of his medical supply out the bag thinking we wasnt going to notice. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Thats pathetic. We bought an 03 Ford Expedition on December 19, 2015 by January 19, 2016 when you would accelerate the truck past 60mph it would shut off... We take it to a Ford dealership and they put it on diagnostics and state its because the timing and o2 sensors were going out because of the wrong type of oil being put in the truck. When we took the truck back down to Make it Happen the mechanic (Charles Meehan, the one in all of their pictures being shown off working on vehicles) said "Well, thats because we use the same kind of oil in every vehicle on the lot. Theres a bulk supply in the garage." then the owner Josh Hetnandez, proceeds to argue with my brother Rock Patterson who is a mechanic, that its okay to do that. Not only did the timing slip on our truck but both o2 sensors and the torque conversion system started to fail. Josh then says "Okay, my mechanic Lorenzo can fix it but itll cost you $1400" we had no choice so we agreed to pay it but we agreed to pay half and Make it Happen be responsible for the other half ($700 each), Josh agreed. After Lorenzo (whos shop is located in downtown Lakeland off Main and Lake Parker beside Murphys Auto Sales and Wallys plaza) "fixes" the truck approximately 14 days later the timing slips AGAIN. Now, by this time weve paid $1000 down, 2 payments of $520 ($1040), fixed the o2 sensors ($150) and put all around brand new tires on the truck $800 we call Lobel Financial and REFUSE another payment because not only has Make it Happen screwed us but Lobell has the amount owed for the truck reported to our credit as $8000 when we agreed to $5500. Then the icing on the cake Josh (the owner) sends his goons to repossess the truck multiple times and because they cant get to it behind our locked gated fence they proceed to knock down the privacy fence in our backyard that seperates our home from an apartment complex and illegally repossessed the truck. We filed reports with the LPD. Went to Bartow filed a civil claim and did the same thing Jasmin Melendez is doing, tried to spread the word about how crooked these people are. They (Josh, Ashley, Eli, Zack, Charles) and all the other people thry have making fake reviews have bashed my husband and I because weve been in legal trouble (Eli posted our mugshots on the yard sale site and called us "scam artists" etc.) all because we tried to warn the public. Then the owner himself Josh had the audacity to call us all peasents and tell me in a public forum he didnt have time for us and he had cars to repossess. How professional?

I took my car on for repairs at make it happen , they replaced the oxygen sensors in our Mini Van, then soon thereafter took it back and had a tune up done, Plugs n Wires, lets just say the van is running real bad when u first start it up so i took it back to them and left it there yesterday and picked up it up today, i was told they didnt find anything wrong with the car even though the check engine light was on. I will give credit where its due but honestly i went back again today after i an employee took it for a drive with a diagnostics machine attached to it and it found something about the Oxygen sensors, to make a long story short i believe more could have been done to resolve my issues and considering i spend over 500 dollars to have all this work done im very unhappy. So to be totally honest do i recommend this company to anyone, Im sorry to say NO i do not.. I have included pictures of what the diagnostics said at advanced auto when we stopped by there before we went back to Make it happen!

Too bad I can’t give zero stars! This place is a rip off. He sold me a car that wasn’t ready to be sold. It’s on 04, has over 240k miles on it. He told me the engine was rebuilt. I took it to my mechanic and he told me the engine was from a junk yard cuz of the numbers that was on the engine. I had to replace all the coils and spark plugs on it. Other things were wrong too. Josh told me to send him an estiment with everything that was wrong. I faxed it to him. I got no response. I even went up there. He saw me, turned around and took off. This guy is a liar and will talk BS just to sell you a car. I checked the KBB in it when I got home. He sold it to me thousands over of what it was worth! I would stay away from these crooks. Oh yeah, and my daughters friend is his sister in law. So we had trusted them. Bad move on our part.
