I took my motorhome there for a simple brake job and its been a nightmare. To start with they give you the impression of a low price and stick it to you in the price of parts. Parts are being marked up almost 300% and then they try and point other parts that they claim should be changed when in fact there is nothing wrong with them. When I took my coach there I just needed a simple brake job. They wanted to change my pads, rotors, calipers, seals, bearings and ABS sensors. The list just keep on getting larger. I told I just wanted the brakes done. They ended up changing my pads, rotors, calipers and seals and charged me $1700. When I picked my coach I had an ABS light on and didnt have the issue before. I drove my coach from Florida to Illinois and discovered oil leaking from my left front wheel. I called Fountain RV and they told me to take it somewhere to change the seal. After taking it to a truck repair shop 2 times the hub was still leaking . I took it to another shop and they discovered my hub was cracked. I had the hub changed and the problem was resovled. I called Fountain Rv to let them know about the issue and that we would resolve the issue when I returned in the fall. When I returned in the fall my right wheel was leaking and we discovered a bad seal. Fountain RV had not used original workhorse parts and chose to use a more inferior parts and had the nerve to over charge on the parts. They refused to take responsibility for their shabby work and refused to pay for the parts and work that was done after I left their shop which toralled $1500. My advice to everyone is....STAY AWAY FROM FOUNTAIN RV!

Went there to have two of my coach double pane windows repaired, and found a company that has an ongoing internal strife between the owner and the service manager. I called, and made an appointment with the owner to do the repairs, but found out quickly from the service manager once I arrived there, that he mas miffed that the appointment was made because he wasnt contacted. I really should have left then. He punished me by stretching the job almost a day longer than normal...as revealed by his installers. Less than two years later, my local RV repairman noticed an interior sidewall bulge next to the drivers seat where that window was repaired. Short of it was that the repaired windows frame was cut in several places, and those cuts were not sealed, the weep holes were all clogged with black goop, and the window had no sealant at all on one end of it. That resulted in a $5500.00 wall repair from water leaking into the sidewall. NO NEVER USE FOUNTAIN RV!!!

This company does not earn one star. Jan 2016 personal water damage quote of 18,500 and then they found out insurance was going to pay 31,000 between insurance and myself. Number changed and work performed was not even close to what they gave to insurance company. Bus still leaks but worse and the remodel was better before they started than when they finished, if they say one month just double and hope for best too many red flags for anyone to even consider we have been rving for 20 years and have owned 8 buses why I did not see this coming was my fault. NEVER NEVER give any shop monies up front. This place is far worst than I can say. Insurance SCAM was done here and was not the first there will be more.

Hit something on the interstate, broke the axle, tire blew, lost hydraulic fluid lines, and other damage. Service staff have been great, attending to every detail. No fault to Fountain RV, but getting parts from suppliers is taking a long time. We have been well taken care of with hookups, staying in our coach with our pets. Strongly recommend! Back again, 3/21/2017. Entry door aluminum hinges were failing, door dropped 1/4 inch. Had them repaired with stainless spacers, door functions like new. Also had cracked windshield replaced. Made appointment 3 weeks in advance, and got the job done on time and reasonably priced. Still highly recommend! Thanks to John, Butch, and Mark for taking good care of us!

Had our base plate installed to our Jeep for towing behind our motorhome. Left a deposit for the base plate cost. Was installed a couple of weeks later. The two guys did a great job and were meticulous with the install. I had a challenge getting my Jeep to shift into neutral. They were a huge help and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process of hooking up my Jeep. I honestly could not be happier with this transaction. They have earned a loyal customer.

Really bad experience being lied to repeatedly about when service work would be done. Finally got an "appointment to have it completed, and was told two hours (simple brake controller wiring). Im still sitting here 5 hours later, and they said it will be another hour. They lie every time they pick up the phone that theyre "with another customer" and there are no customers here. Over-priced, cant meet deadlines, try a different place.

This was a top notch repair center before the owner started loosing his experienced help He refused to pay them a fair wage and they went elsewhere He is an old suborn man that does not value the hired help nor the customer with any sort of respect his rates are sky high for what it now is He is milking the business and scores of former customers Are going elsewhere

We brought our 2006 Country coach to have the AC repaired. They worked hard to resolve our issues. The technicians were friendly and helpful and although it took longer than we hoped ( through no fault of Fountain RV) they got us back on the road and for a fair price!

well one night a truck went through the front gates of the shop after the front end fell out from under the truck due to bad driving on my partner long story short i feel asleep in the group of oak trees south of the business

Find someone else to do your repairs. After an accident in December I still dont have my RV repairs done satisfactorily. Been back 12 times - finally had to take it somewhere else to get them completed, or do them myself.
