***I NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! This place has to be the worst place I have ever been to in my life!!!!! I took my 2002 Ford Explorer in to the shop on 3/30/2016 for them to fix some transmission issues. We were quoted $1800 then went to $2791, and then when we go to check out after they had my truck for 2 weeks they tried to charge me $3000. After auguring with them about the quote I was give over the phone which was $2791 out the door cost. They voided my 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty and charged it to 18 months / 100,000 warrantee (*THAT WAS A LIE AS WELL I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE 18 MONTH UNLIMITED MILES*) after getting my truck back after 2 weeks, with in 5 min of driving and stopping I noticed a leak under the truck. I drove the truck for a full week thinking that it was just left over grace. On 4/21/2016 I took my truck in for a week checkup for the transmission, after the new one was put in. He states that the leak was from the 4x4 transfer box. It needed to be replaced (once again I was quoted between $300 and $400 and that it would not go over the $400. After 5 days of having my truck I called and they told me I needed a new clutch pack which they had already installed. This added a $150 to the $400. My husband and I went up there on 5/28/2016 to pick up the truck after $3200 later my truck is now running WORST NOW THAN IT EVER HAS// and they keep putting the blame on everything else. Now I have my truck back and I must take it to get fixed again and pay for someone else to fix their mistakes. ****** wasted my time and money on this place and they don’t care one bit…….

in response to asa white we called them back and we worked with them to fix there miscommunication when they were given a price to fix there transmission it was an average price for this type of transmission. We told them we would have to get there transmission out of there truck and inspect it where we could then give them a to the penny cost which we did and they approved and seem to understand after they brought truck back for our 15 day recheck [ at no cost] we saw leak at transfer case [4x4] and gave them a quote to reseal unit.they oked that repair, upon pulling and inspecting unit we found water in unit [ water makes the glue fall apart and clutches in unit fall apart.] to make unit work properly we would have to replace the clutch pack inside and reseal it too they approved that too, we thought they understood why the repair was necessary after contacting customer and reexplaining everything they said they were OK with all we did also we did not change there warranty it is still valid and in force. they said they were OK with all we did and they would return for more repairs if needed and that they would write a retraction so we will wait and see.thankyou

All around unprofessional, I paid $ 450 to fix my A/C and it worked for about a week or two and all of a sudden stopped blowing cold air. I dropped off the vehicle to them to check out the problem, they said it miracullaly started working again and so I thanked them for resolving the problem. I get in my truck and still no cold air. ALL AROUND RIPPOFF.

I took the car to Leesburg Transmission and Total Auto Care and Bill was honest and straight up with the cost and what I needed. After taking care of the repairs for half the price of what I was quoted. My car runs great and the transmission does not leak. Thank you
