I am very thankful for Spherion staffing. I moved to the Leesburg area 3 years ago. And googled staffing agencies to find employment. I found Spherion Staffing and met with Katy and Marcia and Bill, and my life has never been the same since. I am a black single parent woman and I can tell you first hand they were not racist, you just have to be willing to work and be dedicated to work. They will not put up with lazy attitudes because there are people out there like myself that are willing to do what we have to do to maintain our family. I am now at the same company 3 years later and have been hired on within months of being a temp. And am making a very comfortable salary. Please do not use excuses for not getting hired on from them. Take a look at yourself and say honestly would you hire you. We have to stop blaming society for things that we have control over. I guarantee if you go and fix you and go back to Spherion they will hire you. Be Blessed!
