They dont even know what they are doing. I spoke to Veronica about an exemption that i needed (i have my medical exemption) for tanf. She sent me 28 miles back to dcf just to be yelled at by a dcf supervisor because veronica told me theres nothing they can do and gave me Cheryl s name and number (her supervisor and by the way this caused me to miss my appointment with my state attorney) and the whole time to be sent back to career source but they were closed because all they need to do its put notes in my case file. Of course they cant do it but dcf needs their approval.... WOW.......

Older lady at the front very rude. I was the ride of a person with an appt with them and asked if me holding my 3lb dog could stand inside in the AC to get out of the 90 degree Florida sun. She said I could but the dog couldnt. I guess she wanted me to go put her in the car to die? There were no signs anywhere saying no animals allowed. I thought this office was supposed to be helpful and not make it even harder to use their services by punishing someone helping someone else out. I hope I never have to deal with her for anything important. Shell tell you no if it displeases her.

Ive called for weeks, to speak to a supervisor by the directions of Florida department of children and families. The first worker I spoke to was very hostile and told me she was the supervisor after 30 minutes she admitted to me she was not the supervisor and gave me the supervisor extension. Ive called for weeks and the women is never in her office Monday to Friday from 8 am till 5pm. Absolutely disgusting on the state of Florida department for putting people like this in charge and making residents go through so much to sustain theyre way of living.
