Integrity Staffing is a terrible place to work through, especially if you are desperate for maintaining the necessities of living. By this I mean that Integritys employees are taken advantage of by being given poor wages compared to company employees you are sent to work with temporarily while Integrity makes top dollar. Whats more, Integrity not only lied to me about my starting date; they made me wait two weeks before I could claim my pay, lied to me about an opening for a job at the factory I was already at and wanted to, get this folks, PAY ME LESS, and as it stands....two weeks have gone by and my paycheck is still not here. Whats sad is that my paycheck should have direct deposit. Why isnt it in my bank? Bottom line, Integrity does not own up to its name. I would immediately blame the two woman that work behind their desks all day and havent a clue what its like to work an actual job. By the by Carla and Melissa, thank you so much for sending me off to a factory to work for eight hours a day knowing full well I dont have a car, forcing me to walk home six miles. I appreciate it, you smug ba****ds.

They placed me at a job and while I was working a got a phone call about a direct hire position somewhere else. This required me to leave the assignment early. Before leaving I called integrity and told them what was going on and they informed me that I would still be able to work for them if the other position didnt work out. The direct hire position was a joke and then integrity informed me that I couldnt come back. What liars!!

Pleasant experience actually. I felt like I wasnt just there to fill out an application but integrity staffing was there to find out what my skills sets were and what line of work I was interested in and they were really there to help me find work.

Weve used Integrity to fill positions over the years only to have them solicit one of our own key employees. One would think a company named "Integrity" would actually have integrity. We were very disappointed with how they conducted themselves.

They never found me a place to work, and the place I got interviewed for, my time was wasted, and overall nothing good came out of this. What a waste.
