Every year, our first trip to our beach house is usually a spring cleaning weekend. This year it was so much more - we had a plumbing emergency! At 4pm Saturday afternoon we had a terrible backup in one of our bathrooms - tub, toilet & floor. Being from out town and feeling totally helpless, I contacted Roto Rooter in Lynn Haven and by 7:30pm they had someone on site. By 9:30pm the problem had been fixed. The technician Dennis was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. It is very reassuring to know I have a good resource for any future plumbing issues that may occur in the future.

Absolutely awesome service. Their technician came out fixed my completely clogged toilet and wash machine drain, then fixed my slow draining tub and another sink in less then an hour. He didnt even wake up the baby!!! All for a very reasonable price. I will deff. recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends. A+++++ Thank You. P.S. do not flush wet wipes.

While we appreciated their prompt attention to an issue we had at one of our properties, as well as the great customer service in office, we did not appreciate the language/unprofessional manner that was used around our tenants nor the absolute mess that was left after unclogging the drain by the technician. Would only recommend as a last resort.

I was able to schedule a next morning appointment (because it was not an emergency) and they called me before they showed up. Less than an hour to unclog stubborn and old pipes on my fixer upper. Friendly and efficient. Fair price too. Thankful I called them first!
