We have a stubborn old tree in our front yard and at least once a year the roots start to grow through the pipes. This clogs the main drain into our basement and backs everything up. Every time this happens we call Roto-Rooter and they always come within a few hours (even if it happens on a weekend). They are quick, friendly and on time every time. Ive never had a bad experience. This morning it was Tyler who came to our rescue. Thank you!!!

After having estimates over the phone I put off getting my plumbing issue fixed period is a single-income household I simply couldnt budget it in. To my surprise Steve from Roto-Rooter plumbing services walked in and assured me there was nothing he could not fix. He was right. He did an excellent job cleaning up and considering the amount of time he spent resolving my plumbing issue it was hundreds of dollars less than originally quoted

Called to get a leak fixed from my toilet. I was impressed on the quick turnaround from phone call to arrival, less than an hour! Bryan and Tony took the time to explain what led to the leak and what I need to do to prevent a future leak with design of my house being older. Pleased they are available on the weekends with my busy and long hour scheduled days during the work week!

We called in the morning and Roto-Rooter was able to schedule someone to come over immediately. We had a drain blockage that caused the sewage line to backup into the basement. Steve was sent to service the call, and he did an excellent job on-site and communicated the progress to us in a timely manner. Very friendly and honest customer service.
