We had a plumbing emergency while family was staying with us from out of state. Our sewer line beneath our basement floor plugged and sewage was backing up through all the drains in the basement. Phone calls were made to a couple of area plumbing companies (due to referrals), but they either did not return our call or couldnt schedule a service call for two days! I remembered Roto-Rooter and gave them a call. Roto-Rooter answered my call immediately and scheduled a technician to be at our home within three hours. However, I received a call back from Roto-Rooter and they informed me that the technician would respond even sooner! Technician Matt J. responded and quickly solved our plumbing issue, putting us at ease. Not only did Matt quickly resolve the plumbing problem, he took the time to explain the issue to me and showed me on his monitor the plumbing infrastructure in our basement. A very interesting learning lesson! We will certainly call or refer Roto-Rooter again in the unfortunate event of an emergency plumbing problem. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Matt J. for your quick and thorough attention to our emergency!!

Derrick from RotoRooter saved our Christmas! AT 3:30 Christmas Eve, we had a toilet back up in our basement--with out-of-town guests coming at 8! I sent the rest of the family out to a family party, called RotoRooter, and Derrick showed up in 20 minutes. He worked tirelessly to find and clear the clog that caused the problem--and it was not easy to find! All along his main concern was making it as affordable for me as possible, saying it was a bad thing to happen at Christmas. When Derrick finally found the clog, I watched him clear it and asked him why he would choose such a gross profession; he responded that he takes great pleasure in helping people in a bad situation and making them smile in the end. He did that! It was great, he was so polite and he truly saved our Christmas!! Thank you RotoRooter and Derick!!!

George was very helpful in explaining the Roto-Rooter system. We had him out to clean our pipes leading to our septic tank, as roots tend to grow there and can clog the pipes. He ran his equipment through the line and cleared the roots. He also showed me the entire line, via his camera equipment, and showed me where the roots were (and the fact they were no longer there). He also showed me the pipe itself and explained they were in great condition. While the process is expensive, we know preventative maintenance is important and waiting for a problem to occur (a backup in the line or damage to the pipes) would cost much, much more. Very happy with our service.

After spending a lot of money at two other companies, I found that they never discovered the actual problem with my septic and drain pipes. Then I called RotoRooter. Jason came out within an hour and used a camera to discover the problem. The other company only suggested a camera after I paid for them to try multiple solutions. They never let me know that diagnosing the problem with a camera was an option from the beginning (because for them it wasnt-- that company did not own a camera). Rotorooter was fantastic. They did want needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the excellent communication and the results! Thank you!

Dear Owners & Management: My plumbing suddenly acted as if possessed. The shower backed up. The toilets gurgled. Of course, it happened on a weekend, and of course, I was scared. I had no idea what to do! Roto-Rooter put me in their service line up, and Greg came to the rescue. Not only was he competent and professional, he explained everything so that I could understand. I called Roto Rooter to come out and take a look at my main sewer line due to it backing up and possibly hydro jetting the line. I had suspected roots because thats what it was a few years ago. The technician (Derrick) wanted to ensure that was the issue so he put a camera down the line and thats what it was. He thoroughly cleaned the line to make sure this would not happen again and did a great job. He even pointed out a few other issues I had and gave recommendations on how to prevent back-ups in the future. I highly recommend Roto Rooter as they honest, helpful, and fast.

We had a sewer back up. George was here within the hour and Jeff was here within 2 hours. Both amazing guys who started the unclogging of the drain and cleanup immediately. Then Dylan and another man came and have been here for 3 days, working to clean, sanitize and dispose of everything contaminated, and dry out the basement. They have had to cut walls, unpack all boxes, put all contaminated items in black bags. Amazingly coordinated and speedy. And Russ is working directly with the insurance company. I certainly appreciate the awesome job they have done.

Weve had Roto-rooter out to our home three times to address sewage issues caused by the large trees in our yards. This last time they were able to come same day. Originally, we had an after hours appt, but they called when they had cancellation and came out earlier, which saved us the after hours fee. Dwayne took the time to explain the problem to me and what he needed to do. Everything is working smoothly now. We havent had any issues and will call them again in the future.

I appreciated the fact that I could call them at 11:30 at night and they came out the next morning. They were able to unplug my kitchen sink, fix my toilet, and install a new disposal, all in the same day. They were pricey, but the convenience was worth it to me. The plumber (Matt R) was courteous and professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. I would use them again. Im only taking away a star because of the price.

Called Roto-Rooter regarding a backed up septic/drain issue at 1pm and told them we werent in a hurry as house would be empty for a while. By 2 pm they called to say they would be by later that afternoon. Service tech Nate then called, asked a few clarifying questions and explained our options. Called for an estimate on 3-23-17 for two clogged toilets and someone was on site within the hour and very friendly! Matt J was extremely helpful and got things fixed and running again within an hour and a half! He also had some very helpful tips to avoid this mess in the future! We were having issues with a toilet and thought we had roots that had overgrown the pipes. It turned out our toilet was from 1952-and not up to par. The technician/plumber-Dennis-was awesome-in no time at all he had removed old toilet, installed new water saving toilet and we were good to go again! Fantastic service and product-very happy with how this turned out! Fast, efficient, and accurate service.
