Do not do business with this company! They are scammers. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are the bottom of the barrel! I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a "window" of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call. About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were "stuck on another job". I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed. About 1:30 pm they still were not here. I called my home warranty company. They called the plumber. Without my consent, he cancelled service to my home. Said he was overbooked. So its afternoon already, and I still dont have a plumber to work on my gas line. And the home warranty people says that it may be up to 72 hours before they can get another one. This is a scam. Stay away from this business.

These are the only people 2-10 works with to fix plumbing issues. I have had difficulty with a leak and now a hole that is still in my basement. I was told by both the tech and the office that 2-10 would patch my wall back up after the tech cut it open. However, I called the office to get some clarity on the status and the girl I talked to on the phone talked down to me and was pushing me off the phone. I asked her to specify what they gave to 2-10, so I could talk to 2-10 later and she spouted off some info (which I later found out was from the invoice). I asked her what all that meant and she got sharp with me asking, "What else do you need?" I should have responded, "I need some good customer service!" This is a lousy office. I believe the tech did what he was told, but I got talked down to and felt like I had no business trying to figure out what happened. Im sure there are better plumbers in Louisville.

Put in a service request with 2-10 home warranty on 5/29/17. Sewer backing up in my house. 2-10 tells me that their contractors have 24 hours to reach out. This contractor finally called on 6/2/17 sometime in the afternoon. Definitely not within the window of time theyve apparently agreed upon. Id already called another plumber and they came out promptly to fix my issue. Instead of paying a deductible I had to pay another plumber to fix it. I would NOT recommend your company to anyone. If you cant or dont want to handle the warranty contracts, then you need to quit being on their list. If theyre not providing you with the leads in a timely manner, then you need to quit being on their list. One of you is not making the other look good. 2-10 has been good so far. I have a feeling that the drive from Mt. Washington to New Albany was too long for this company to care to commit.

I called PlumbRight, Tom Drexler, and Mr Rooter for an estimate...and PlumbRight is the only one I will do business with after their consultation. The service man was polite and professional. Of the 3, he is the only one that didnt just guess at what the problem could be. He took the time to inspect the problem (which was a clogged exterior drain) during the estimate, by running a wet/dry vac to see what debris might be trapped. He then poured water back into the drain to see how quickly it would back up. Whatever he did actually fixed the problem and everything drains properly now. He wrote it up as an estimate and gave his suggestion of work needing to be done to prevent it from happening again. The other companies wanted to charge me from $99 to 200 just to try with no guarantees of success.

Started calling on tuesday to repair or replace our hot water heater. They finally called and came out on Thursday to asses what was wrong even though I already told them the problem and part that was needed. Now it is Friday afternoon and they have not ordered the part yet? I called the parts company to find out no part had been ordered. I called the rude girl at the office to see why the part hadnt been ordered and she referred me to the owner of the company which I have no phone number for. If I would of not gone through plumb wrong, I could of had this fixed myself 2 days ago. Now it may be 7 days before we get hot water. Dont use the home warranty company or plumb wrong. Hire someone else and pay for it yourself.

Josh was very professional and courteous. He came out to fix a busted pipe behind an interior wall. Not only did he fix the problem very fast (<1hr), he also gave me some tips for going forward and went well out of his way to help me out. The company seems great. I submitted a service request and they wanted to come out the same day. Unfortunately i wasnt ready so soon and we ran into scheduling issues. They showed up when they said they would and worked fast and kept me involved with what the issues and proposed fixes were. I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues!

Josh (the owner) did an excellent job installing our new water heater and fixing a leaky toilet. He is down to earth which I like. After Josh gave me an estimate I called around to a couple other plumbing companys and they could not match Plumb Rights pricing. Some of the other companies gave me estimates that were double of what Josh quoted me. These guys will get my return business.

The company dispatched a plumber within 24 hrs and he was very pleasant. However, the problem persisted and when I called the number (twice) that he left I received no response or suggestions. I was disappointed with the follow up service as he promised. I am even less impressed with MSD who tells me to call a plumber . . .I am trying. . . .

Plumbrights plumbers are extremely courteous & friendly. Their response time is exceptional as well. My only issue is I had to have them out twice in both instances I used them as the initial repair was not successful. Otherwise, no complaints and will likely use them again!
