We have a rental home and our tenants notified us that their plumbing was blocked and backing up into the house. Since we have a home warranty, we called it in, but were told it would take 24 hours to get someone out to look at the problem. To make a long story short; after 2 attempts by the company working for the home warranty people, the problem was still not fixed. Late last night I called Mr. Rooter and asked if they could get someone to the home ASAP. They had a technician there within about an hour. The young man (Michael) was very professional and knowledgable. He worked for almost 3 hours to solve our issue. Finally, our tenants have the use of their toilets and showers again! I feel the cost was very fair and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of high quality, honest plumbing services.

$800 DOLLARS TO REPAIR A LEAKY FAUCET? I was left speechless after having been given an estimate off of a fancy Mr. Rooter price book of around $800 to repair a "leaky shower faucet"...dont know what else to say except that I promptly showed the kind Mr. Rooter Plumber the door. BTW..the plumber emphatically stated that he could not guaranty how much it would really cost and he would warranty that for about five years...hahaha
