Ok first let me say, I am BIG on reviews. Any company that thinks they dont matter is crazy. I recently purchased a home and he seller purchased a home warranty for me. Ive had only two issues since July 2016 and both were prettt major. The first run around with the warranty company was awful so I figured this would be the same. I was right. I had a clogged toilet that wound up backing up into my shower. The smell was truly, fiercely awful. To make a long story less long- as predicted the warranty company was a nightmare. I called them Monday. But wednesday no contractor had called and every time I tried to reach out to their preferred contractor I was either disconnected, got a busy signal (hello? Whats a busy signal? Its 2016), or got their office closed message and voicemail box that was full, ergo I couldnt leave a message. Finally I was fed up and the smell was going nowhere so... enter Maeser. The woman who answered the phone was so professional and was understanding of my issue and they got someone out the very next next morning. Lee, one of Maesers plumbers who was sent to my home came to the door with a friendly face and introduced himself very professionally and also introduced Jose who was also extremely friendly and professional. I already felt this issue was going to be resolved efficiently and with little hassle. Sure enough, they took a look, told me what they thought the problem would be and quoted me a price. It was 5 times what my deductible was going to be through the home warranty company. But you know what? I was willing to pay it for a couple reasons: 1) I needed the problem fixed and the smell to go away and 2) there is something to be said for professionalism and a friendly nature. I will pay for quality any day. The team work between Lee and Jose was perfect. They found the issue after two quick searches and solved the problem with no complaint and no making me feel guilty (because as it turns out the problem was something I couldve avoided)... I never once felt taken advantage of and never once did either of these guys come across as though they resented the work they were doing. Highly professional guys working for a highly professional team. I will never call another plumbing company again and will likely use them for any future heating/cooling needs (as that was the other major issue I had after buying my home this summer.) I cant say thank you enough to to this company for fixing this problem efficiently and with class. Anyone who read all the way to the bottom of this review- Im not kidding - the quality of the work and the team are great. They were priced appropriately and it was worth the out of pocket expense (outside of my home warranty) to deal with honest, professionals.

The folks at Maeser always do a great job. We began using them for our HVAC needs several years ago when we were having issues with our AC freezing. We had a different company come out first, and they charged us about $150 for about 5 minutes of looking at it and claimed it must just be that our ducts are clogged. The house was 5 or 6 years old at the time, so we would have had to have been shoveling dirt into the vents to clog them enough to cause the problems we were having. A friend recommended Maeser (thanks Dan!) and they came out and actually spent the time necessary to diagnose the problem (which required waiting for about 20-30 minutes for the unit to freeze up). Turned out to be a small, relatively unimportant (compared to all the other parts in the unit) control board that was going bad and would kill the fan. They bypassed that board so the fan would run until the replacement could arrive and we were comfortable once again. Fast forward a few years, in a new home, a day before a large predicted snow storm, and our heat stops working. Once again Maesar came to the rescue, taking their time to check everything out and finally tracking it down to the thermostat itself, which appeared to be working perfectly fine but had suddenly stopped sending the actual start signals to the unit. I had been seriously considering replacing that thermostat with a new internet-connected one anyway, so it was actually perfect timing. Im a big DIYer, so I opted to install the new one myself (plus I still had to drive to the store and buy the thing) but I picked the techs (Evan) brain on a few things I wasnt sure about before he left and he said several times on his way out that if I had any troubles dont hesitate to call and they could help me out. Overall, A+ 5 star 2 thumbs up rating all around.

I would absolutely recommend Maeser Master Services based on my experience with Adam and Kimberly in the last week. I heard a grating sound coming from the AC air handler last Friday evening and called Maeser on Saturday morning. I was able to make an appointment for a service tech to come to my home that very afternoon with the very courteous, caring and efficient office staff (Kimberly). The technician, Adam, arrived on time with a call first, and my first impression was how courteous and professional he was. He wore booties in my home and was sharply dressed in uniform. He wasted no time in methodically dismantling the blower, testing the capacitor and diagnosing the origin of the noise as the blower turbine. He displayed a masterful knowledge of the system and replaced the faulty capacitor at that time. He had to order the part to complete the repair. He kept in contact on Monday to let me know the part had not arrived but that he would work around my schedule the next day to install it. True to his word, both he and Kimberly let me know he was on his way. Again he arrived with the same air of caring regarding me and my home, and quickly replaced the worn out part. The repair was made and now I am enjoying peace and quiet while cooling our home! I purchased the maintenance agreement and he checked and cleaned the AC system while he was here. He cleaned up so that when he left there was nothing left behind for me to do but feel secure and comfortable. This young man is outstanding and I congratulate Maeser for the highest quality service technician and office staff. I am glad to know they are there when we need them with quick response and very efficient, courteous and knowledgable service.

Maeser Master services far exceeded my expectations when I called them on a Saturday morning with a broken commode. I was expecting to get a recorded message of their normal working hours. Rather , Traci answered my call and advised me she would call me back when she could schedule a tech. Within minutes Traci advised that she would have a repair tech on his way , and Traci was so pleasant and efficient. Sure enough , Tyler called and was at our house with the hour. Tyler assessed the problem and offered what options he could offer us. We elected to replace the commode. Tyler recommended a commode but the model was not available until Monday. I ask if I could go and buy one so we could have it replaced today. He said sure that would give him time to remove the broken commode. Tyler was very customer focused and gave the feeling he was here to do what he could to satisfy us, He installed the commode and had us completed in less than two hours. Tyler was extremely professional in performing the installation , took care to ensure the job was complete and kept the area clean at all times. We were so impressed with our experience with Maeser that called Traci to thank her and Tyler for a fantastic job. John D was exceptionally easy to talk to and discuss our problem with our kitchen sink faucet. He gave us two options to correct. He was quick, efficient and we would readily recommend him to others. We are still one of Maesers pleased and faithful customers. Maesers has a good one in John!! Well done!!
